Everything you need!

This unit is well equipped including storage for what you bring and extra items for what you need - golf clubs, chairs, coolers and more. Owners are very accommodating and very quick to respond! Lovely long term stay and conveniently located.

Great home away from home near to everything!

Fantastic home that included just about everything you could possibly need! So very clean, comfortable, with newer furnishings, bedding, etc. Kitchen was extremely well equipped for a long term stay. Great screen porch, quiet neighborhood, a bike ride from beaches, restaurants and shopping all nearby. Also just a few miles from the highway for travel, less than an hour to an airport. This was the perfect place for us!

We had a wonderful 3 months here for the winter of 2025/26. Andy and Nancy were so good to us! Any questions were quickly answered both before and during our stay. We could not have asked for more. Their condo has a great layout with a lot of recent upgrades and good internet. And the beds are great! Adjustable beds in the master bedroom and bedroom 2. There is also a storage area by the carport, which is so handy. It is stocked with a lot of accessories in it that renters can use for the beach and for golf. The location is fantastic!!! It is close to the beach as well as downtown Venice, great shops, golf courses, and good restaurants. Free live music is available at several local locations, including the gazebo in downtown Venice. Also, there are activities at the condo’s clubhouse which we were invited to. It really helped us get to know the people here. We loved the neighborhood and got to know several of the friendly neighbors in it. We highly recommend this condo!
