No. 38 Chiavari Apartment

Good location in centre of historic Rome with good connectivity around. Neighbouring area has great nightlife. The apartment was clean and as presented in the advert.

Great location

The property was big enough for the four of us. Comfortable beds with blackout curtains for jet lag. Location was great, it was near restaurants, a delicious bakery and bars.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at the apartment. Everything went very smoothly, and the host was very accommodating. They helped us book transport from the airport which was helpful. The apartment is in a great location with walking distance to most of the key places to see in Rome. Very charming building with that authentic Italian feel. We would recommend staying here.

Great apartment in the perfect location. Close enough to walk to Vatican Museums, St. Peter’s Basilica, Campo di Fiori, Piazza Narvona, Parthenon and others. Apartment is exactly as pictured. Host was very responsive.

The whole stay was a disaster. Check- in went ok, but the a/c was off when I got there and only one unit would come on. It was 26 degrees in the unit. First the host rudely told me there were instructions on the paper she gave me - there were none. See pics. Then I determined one controller needed batteries and instead of putting the batteries in and assuring it works, they simply hung the batteries in the doorknob. The unit was stil 24 degrees the next morning. Also, there was garbage piled in the courtyard at the door of the stairs- see pics- the shower knob came off in my hand and the unit had wood missing from the floor. In addition, the stair rail was so wobbly - certainly did not make me feel safe climbing stairs. This unit is not fit for rental. We left after the first night.

Super appartement

L'appartement est propre, agréable et le cadre est magnifique (donne sur une petite cours au calme). Emplacement juste parfait (20-30 min à pieds Vatican, Colisée, fontaine de Trevi). Je le conseillerai sans problème à mes connaissances qui souhaitent venir à Rome.

Great stay next to Campo di Fiore

Great apartment next to bustling Campo di Fiore. Though as soon as you passed through the big door at the entrance to the complex you are surrounded by quietness and peace ;) In the apartment you find everything you need for a city trip. And the beds are very comfy. Great gelato place right next door!

Situación inmejorable en Roma, desde el apartamento se puede ir andando a los principales atractivos turísticos de la ciudad. Habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas, no se oye ruido por la noche a pesar de estar muy cerca de la Piazza Navona. 100 % recomendable para pasar una magnifica estancia en Roma!

Au cœur du centre-ville historique, à 5mn à pied de la place Navone ! Appartement très propre mais il n'y a pas de micro-ondes contrairement à ce qui est mentionné sur le site abritel. cette indication est donc mensongère.

Wonderful Location

The check-in process and communication with the property manager was simply and easy. The location is within walking distance of all major sites. The neighborhood around the apartment has many wonderful stores and restaurants. The apartment is furnished nicely and provides enough towels, soaps, and glasses. The only issue we had was the lack of hot water. For the first two days the water temperature was cool but bearable enough to use. On the third day the water was ice cold, but before we left for the day, employees of the gas company called our apartment and advised that they were working on the gas line and there was no hot water. When we returned that night, there was still no hot water. We told the property manager the next morning, and they checked on the boiler. The water did return to lukewarm on our last day, but it was never hot enough to enjoy the shower.

Getting the property confirmed after we had some changes to our flight was more difficult than it should have been involving a number of emails. Check in was a bit rushed, not much info given. The kettle power socket did not work, we were not told about this which meant we had to boil water. Front door difficult to open and not told about. On the other hand the apartment is well located, cafes nearby as well as being well placed for sites.

The place was easy to locate. Two blocks from beautiful camp’o de fioro

We arrived at the airport and there was Car waiting on us to take us to our apartment. We couldn’t check in until 1:30pm, but once we arrive there was a baggage storage a few doors down where we could keep our stuff. We walked around for a few hours, then returned to get the key. Our apartment was very nice and spacious. We would definitely recommend staying here again. The ONLY reason why I did not give 5 stars was because the very last night the AC went out. I called the emergency number, and the supervisor was very responsive. However, it was late and the weather turned out to be cool enough outside so we opened all the windows and managed through the night. Thank you for a great place and awesome experience!
