CAN FIOLET - Villa with private pool in ALGAIDA. Free WiFi
Fall in love with the countryside in this Majorcan restored house in Algaida, with capacity for 4 people.
Outside you can cool off in the beautiful salt pool measuring 8 x 5 metres and with a depth of 1.10 metres to 1.80 metres. It is surrounded by a beautiful terrace with sun loungers and garden areas whose green contrasts with the blue of the sky. For lunch or dinner outdoors we can go to the cosy porch with plants and flowers and a comfortable table. From the porch we reach the main entrance. The plot is fenced, there are neighbours nearby and the privacy is total.
The house of 142 m2 is distributed in two floors in a comfortable and rustic style. On the ground floor we access to a comfortable lounge where we can watch satellite TV in the comfortable chaise longue, and in the cold days we can warm up by the fireplace. It communicates with the gas cooker through an archway. It has a dining area, which is fully equipped. On the ground floor you will also find a toilet with washbasin and wc.
On the upper floor there are the bedrooms with double bed. A cot and high chair are available if you are travelling with a baby. A bathroom with bathtub and shower serves the entire floor. A third bathroom with shower can be found outside next to the barbecue. The house has central heating and laundry facilities: washing machine, iron and ironing board.
This property is located in Algaida, a village in the Pla de Mallorca but at the same time very close to Palma. In the village you will be able to enjoy a wide gastronomic offer and basic services. Through the M-15 you have easy access to a wide range of beaches and coves such as Can Pastilla, with fine golden sand and a lot of leisure activities.
Pets are not allowed on the property as there is a dog, a cat and chickens.
