Gorgeous renovation!!!This magnificent 3 Bedroom, 2 bath condo is YOUR Beach home away from home! Enjoy MBR and living room views of dancing dolphins frolicking in the warm waters of the pristine Gulf of Mexico, while sipping frozen Bushwackers from your well-equipped kitchen. Blend your own margaritas with the Margaritaville Margarita machine! Plenty of room for all your fixins' on the brand new granite counter tops, and brand new custom made cabinets.
Hot outside? Head to the beachside pool, the kiddie pool, or the indoor heated pool and indoor hot tub. Play a round of tennis on the on-site tennis court, with new pickle ball lines! . Grill up those fresh fish you caught that day while on your deep sea fishing trip on one of our outdoor charcoal grills. Don't want to cook tonite? Just head out to one of our numerous restaurants, from world-class fine dining to waterfront seafood grills. (Doc's Seafood is a particular favorite of ours). Head out to one of over 20 nearby golf courses, the Gulf Shores Zoo , or miniature golf and go-carting at Adventure Island. Boat and Jet Ski rentals are nearby, as are grocery stores and medical facilities.

This wonderful beachfront home is still owned by the original buyers, the Boland family of Baton Rouge. We have enjoyed visiting Orange Beach for over 20 years, watching the area transform from a sleepy fishing village to a world class beachfront destination.
We are proud to announce the recent complete floor to ceiling renovation, with all new tile throughout, beautiful new granite slab countertops, new Kitchen and bath cabinets, farmhouse sink in the kitchen and complete bathroom updating.
