Gorgeous renovation!!!This magnificent 3 Bedroom, 2 bath condo is YOUR Beach home away from home! Enjoy MBR and living room views of dancing dolphins frolicking in the warm waters of the pristine Gulf of Mexico, while sipping frozen Bushwackers from your well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of room for all your fixins' on the brand new granite counter tops, and brand new custom made cabinets.
Hot outside? Head to the beachside pool, the kiddie pool, or the indoor heated pool and indoor hot tub. Play a round of tennis on the on-site tennis court. Grill up those fresh fish you caught that day while on your deep sea fishing trip on one of our outdoor charcoal grills. Don't want to cook tonite? Just head out to one of our numerous restaurants, from world-class fine dining to waterfront seafood grills. (Doc's Seafood is a particular favorite of ours). Head out to one of over 20 nearby golf courses, the Gulf Shores Zoo , or miniature golf and go-carting at Adventure Island. The new zipline in the Gulf States National Park is particularly exhilarating. Boat and Jet Ski rentals are nearby, as are grocery stores and medical facilities.

Orange Beach getaway

Great location, beautifully decorated. Only complaints cleanliness (sand, dirty under the beds, mold in shower) and there were not enough blankets for each bedroom. Nice stay but people and traffic ruined it for us, not related to the rental at all though.

Relaxing Beach Trip

Great time! Weather was perfect! The cost to rent an umbrella & (2)beach chairs was $45 per day. They came by regularly to ask if you needed the umbrella adjusted. The condo was an end unit so you have the advantage of an L-shaped balcony with nice table & chairs. The condo was clean except for the floors . . . Sand! I wish the cleaning staff would have left the ice maker turned on, it would have been good to have ice to make a cold drink after unloading the car on a hot day. The owner was great! My son was able to come with us after I made the reservation. I called the owner and he said it's OK, BRING HIM!! He was always so quick to respond and made some great restaurant suggestions for us. It was a good time by all!!

Clean, Fresh & Convenient

It was clean and met all expectations. Oceanfront condo with all the amenities located in the heart go Orange Beach. While the condos are still under construction, it did not interfere with our stay.

Ideal Family Condo

We enjoyed our stay at Shoalwater so much! This condo is situated beautifully with a lovely view of the ocean. It's easy to move between condo, pool, and beach, even with two small children. The decor is tasteful and stylish, the beds are very comfortable. We had a wonderful time!

This wonderful beachfront home is still owned by the original buyers, the Boland family of Baton Rouge. We have enjoyed visiting Orange Beach for over 20 years, watching the area transform from a sleepy fishing village to a world class beachfront destination.
We are proud to announce the recent complete floor to ceiling renovation, with all new tile throughout, beautiful new granite slab countertops, new Kitchen and bath cabinets, farmhouse sink in the kitchen and complete bathroom updating.

What makes this property unique

Shoalwater is a quiet, relatively small building with only 72 units, so there's always space at the beach for you and your family. Nearly every amenity is available on-site or nearby to make your beach vacation one to remember for years to come.
