It was incredible. This was our first time taking a week-long family vacation, not to mention going to a beach for vacation. Our kids enjoyed every minute of it. Memories made we will never forget. This isn’t something usually in our budget, but someone told me that you can always make more money, but you’re limited on time to make memories.

My father lost his wife 10 months ago and moved in with us. He has never seen the ocean before. My husbands mother had brain surgery and is now 70 and him and her has never been to the ocean together. Our 2 oldest grandkids live with us and has never been to the ocean. This is the same beach and condos we stayed in 10 years ago when we found out we was going to become grandparents. So this beach and condos felt like the right place to go back to with our grandkids and my father and his mother. We made beautiful memories this past week. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful place.

Perfect condo for a long weekend trip!

This property and condo is in a great, safe location. Lots of restaurants and entertainment nearby. Some within walking distance. The condo was great! Clean, with nice amenities and a beautiful view of the ocean. I would definitely recommend this location to any future beach goers.

Nice condo on the beach

I enjoyed the stay. The condo is clean with a modern kitchen, and decorated tastefully. The main bedroom has a very nice tiled shower.

We had a wonderful time! Check-in was easy. Condo was beautiful and clean. Beds were comfy! View was amazing, and beach couldn't have been more perfect! The only suggestion I'd offer is to provide some of the basics, like shampoo, conditioner, more than one laundry and dishwasher pod, etc. I cannot recall the last rental that hasn't provided these items. We were a little annoyed to have to run to Walmart for shampoo and conditioner especially. Not a game changer... but would be nice to include the basics. Beach towels would also be handy - another unexpected purchase, as we didn't want to use the bathroom towels. Other than that, we fell in love with the area and will definitely be back! The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4.

Great summer vacation spot

We were so happy with the location and quality of this rental. Everything in the property was as detailed in the listing and pictures accurately reflected the property. The location was ideal. We would absolutely stay at this property again and will hopefully have availability for the next vacation we book to Orange Beach.

Everything was great about this place. Very nice ocean/beach view to wake up to. Owners allowed me to check in early and they also checked to see if I had any issues during my stay. Will definitely reserve again.

Unit was very refreshing and big enough for 4 adults and 5 littles!! It was very clean and well maintained!! The girls were NOT fans of the sofa bed, springs were constantly poking them!! I used my own wi-fi but the others said they couldn't get any service!! Elevators were very slow and we always had to wait in line to get on!! Pool and pool area was very nice!! Location to the beach was awesome!! We will definitely try to book this unit again!!

Tennis friend's getaway

After a change of plans, my tennis friends and I decided to find a condo on the beach for a few days of relaxing, good food and some tennis/pickle ball. So glad I found this condo. It was right on the beach, easy to get to, very nice and clean, had all the amenities that we needed. Check-in was easy and front desk personel were friendly and knowledgeable. The owners were quick to respond with information and answered all my questions and concerns. The only complaints I might have is the condition of the tennis/pickle ball courts, which was no fault of the owners. Out of four tennis courts only one was playable and it had pickle ball courts lines drawn on it making it somewhat confusing. The two pickle ball courts weren't playable at all which is why they probably had marked off the tennis court with one. However, there wasn't anyone else there playing, so we were able to use the one court for both. All in all we had a great few days of fun, relaxing, playing tennis/pickle ball and eating some great food. We would definitely return again and hopefully the courts will have been re-surfaced.

Very clean, comfortable condo! We had a perfect trip excited to stay again next year! The phoenix condos have lots of amenities and even have security walking the property. Condo is close to everything and has a beautiful beach view.

The Phoenix III offers an unbeatable array of amenities. When this condo became available, we couldn't pass it up. The two bedroom layout with en suite bathrooms is great for couples, small families and our winter guests with room to spare.

What makes this property unique

Our complex is packed with amenities. We enjoy the waves and sand on sunny days as well as the beachside pool. On the rare rainy days, the heated pool is a bonus. The lighted tennis and pickle ball courts and the indoor racquetball court are also unique features of the Phoenix III.
