The Phoenix III is a great Orange Beach location near restaurants and shopping. It is situated on a beautiful stretch of wide, sugar-white beach with long-range views.

Our condo has been recently renovated.....New Kitchen, two new tiled baths (one with a walk in shower), New mounted flat screens in the bedrooms.

Our 2BR condo now sleeps eight:
🔹1 King Master Suites with Gulf Front views
🔹2nd BR with 2 Double beds
🔹Queen Sleeper Sofa

The Phoenix III is packed with amenities and features indoor and outdoor swimming pools, kiddie pools, lighted tennis and pickle ball courts, racquetball courts, hot tubs, saunas and exercise rooms. Relax on your gulf-front balcony or go poolside with gazebos and grills. Enjoy free WiFi in the condo.

Please note that a parking/amenity fee is collected at the front desk on check in. This fee is $55.00 per vehicle (a limit of 2 vehicles for a 2BR unit). This pass is good for the duration of your stay. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skies, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

*WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
All of our 5 Orange Beach Dreams properties are set up for routine use including fresh linens and a starter set of soaps, toilet paper and paper towels, and a single trash can liners. However, these products are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. We recommend that you bring extras or plan on a visit to a local store for additional supplies based on your needs.

*PARKING:
🅿️ A $55.00 parking fee (per vehicle) is required at all Phoenix complexes. Vehicle registration and payment occurs online. Information regarding this process will be sent via email after your reservation is made.☹️

*ABSOLUTLEY NO SMOKING:
Phoenix III is a non-smoking complex, including the balconies. A designated smoking area is located on the ground floor. This is strictly enforced.

Really enjoyed the property

Everything was clean and nice. The only negative was that the master bath shower didn’t drain well. It could use some work. Thanks for the nice home away from home!

Nice location

We enjoyed the view and the sound of the waves while out on the balcony. The walkway access to the beach made it easy to get there with little ones. Grocery stores were a short drive away.

Short get-a-way

We were only able to get away for the weekdays, but the resort was great, the room was clean and accommodating. The owner communicated with us and was very thorough, which is very much appreciated.

The Phoenix III offers an unbeatable array of amenities. When this condo became available, we couldn't pass it up. The two bedroom layout with en suite bathrooms is great for couples, small families and our winter guests with room to spare.

What makes this property unique

Our complex is packed with amenities. We enjoy the waves and sand on sunny days as well as the beachside pool. On the rare rainy days, the heated pool is a bonus. The lighted tennis and pickle ball courts and the indoor racquetball court are also unique features of the Phoenix III.
