Fantastic duplex apartment with garden and private pool, the house is 300 meters from the town, 35 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Granada and 50 minutes from the Sierra Nevada ski resort.

The rooms published in this ad are rented. They are part of a house in the country. Totally private and with independent entrance from the rest of the house. The whole house is equipped with comfortable and top quality furniture, is distributed in living room, dining room, kitchen and terrace on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms, bathroom and study on the top floor. There is a part of the house that the owners use but they have completely independent entrances.

Perfect to enjoy a fantastic holiday. It consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, study with bed, kitchen, living room, porch, pergola with barbecue, pool and dressing room. Equipped with hair dryer, iron, washing machine, oven, sheets, towels ... The rest of the house, with independent entrance, will be used by the owner. The area of ​​the garden, the pool and the care of the animals (chickens) will be carried out every day or alternate days. It's a very quite zone.

I will be at your disposal for what you need. The house is very cozy. It is located 15 minutes from Granada, 30 from the beach, 35 from Sierra Nevada and 10 'from the Lecrin Valley. Ideal area for hiking and enjoy good cuisine.

We spent 9 days in this beautiful house which has a large outdoor area including 3 patio areas with seating and a lovely pool which is a decent size. It is very private with large driveway and no immediate neighbours either side. It is walkable to a supermarket, bakers, bus stop to Granada etc and is in a small town. Very easy to drive to Granada from the house. The owner lives in the rear and basement of the house and is a very nice land kind lady and allows you perfect privacy. She has her own entrance which is at the opposite side of the house so you may never see her or only a couple of times. The only negative I could say is that there was only air con in one bedroom which we used and would not have been able to sleep without it.

Una estancia de ensueño. Soco, la dueña de casa, vive en la parte delantera, pero no es un inconveniente en absoluto. Deja total intimidad e independencia durante la estancia y, además, está disponible por si la necesitas. La casa es preciosa, Espaciosa y cómoda. Como pega decir que el baño está en la planta superior y para los que duermen abajo, puede ser incómodo por la noche. La bañera tampoco es de lo más cómodo para ducharse.. pero ninguna de esas dos cosas impiden tener una estancia de 10. otra cosa que es para reseñar es que, aunque dispone de barbacoa en la zona exterior NO se permite su uso. La limpieza muy bien. Es un lugar ideal para desconectar del bullicio de la ciudad. Hay una bicicleta para ir al centro del pueblo a hacer mandados. Mucha vajilla en la cocina, no falta de nada, las sábanas impecables. Cama y almohadas muy cómodas. La piscina grande con el vestuario y aseo al lado. Hemos sido muy felices en la casa de Soco. Muchas gracias !!!!! Volveremos seguro!!!

Vous devez savoir qu'Antonio est le gérant de l'annonce Airbnb mais que la propriétaire que vous trouverez sur place est Socco. Elle est adorable et très accueillante bien qu'elle ne parle qu'espagnol.La maison est conforme à l'annonce et voir même mieux en vrai. La maison est entièrement pour nous et Socco à son indépendance dans le garage où elle y est très discrète (nous ne l'avons vu qu'à notre arrivée).La maison est très propre et assez grande pour une famille (ou bien 4 adultes). Les extérieurs sont magnifiques et très bien entretenus. Tout est à disposition il ne reste qu'à faire vos courses et poser vos valises.Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison et la piscine, le séjour était formidable.Merci encore à Socco pour tout.

Lo primero agradecer a Soco su amabilidad y disposición con nosotros. Decir que es una casa magnífica es quedarse corto. Y si la casa tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar, el exterior increíble. Un magnífico porche donde pasar el rato, un patio con zona de barbacoa perfecto y lo mejor en mi opinión, la zona de la piscina perfectamente preparada y con un agua transparente que invita continuamente al baño. Muy recomendable. Lo peor sin duda ...... tenerse que ir

Tranquilidad y descanso

Alojamiento perfecto para descansar, desconectar, y disfrutar de la piscina y el sol. Si quieres movimiento lo tienes todo relativamente cerca, sierra, playa, ciudad, alhambra... Socorro, la dueña, es un encanto. Pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesites.
