2 double bedrooms one with shower room, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 1 full bathroom, kitchen, lounge and downstairs WC.

This recently renovated central town house is in a fabulous location within 2 minutes walk from the River Ouse and City Centre. The interior has been furnished to a very high standard. Sky TV with Sky Sports and Tv's with Freeview in 3 bedrooms upstairs. TV in bedroom with bunkbeds has a DVD player.

This property is not suitable for Hen or Stag parties.

This is a lovely house and was ideal for our stay. The pictures don't do it justice. The decor was gorgeous and there was everything we needed for our weekend break. It is so close to the centre but far enough away so that we were not disturbed by any noise. We will definitely book again.

This accommodation was stunning! Very centrally located within easy walk from station and all tourist attractions, but in a quiet court. It was beautifully decorated, very spacious and had all the amenities we required. Luxury accommodation at a very reasonable cost!

The house was perfect, it had everything we needed for a great stay. With a parking space and being a short stroll into the city centre, it made for the perfect location. Communication from the hosts was great and were quick to answer any questions we had. Internally the house is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean.

A stunning and surprisingly large town house in a great location in York. Parking spaces a real bonus (just be sure to enter via the second vehicle gate and not the pedestrian gate as we did!!!) Quirky decor. Very comfortable and clean. Washing machine and dryer useful.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful clean Home. Great location and so did not use either car once we arrived. So very centrally located. We would love to stay again if and when we come back to York, a great city with so much to do for adults and kids alike.

The property is lovely spacious and had everything we needed. It is a quick walk to all the sights, restaurants and shops. It had a lovely layout with some in our group wanting to stay up late and watch movies without bothering those of us wanting to sleep. We did not bring a car but there was parking right outside our front door which would have been very convenient. It had great furnishings the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this property it was perfect for our group of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. It had one shower room, 1 full shower, bath and toilet and one toilet downstairs. There was a dishwasher and washer and dryer, fridge, stove and oven with all the cooking equipment needed and nice china and glasses to use. All n all a perfect place to stay in York. This place is a real Gem and the Host was very nice.

We are a family of 4. Two children aged 10 (girl) and boy 6. We live in Formby Liverpool. My husband is originally from York, hence our love of the beautiful city.

Why they chose this property

We have looked for the right property for over 10 years and eventually found this gem. It is situated inbetween the Bishophill area of York which is an up and coming area attracting many independent shops and restaurants and bars and the City Centre. The house is extremely comfortable. Since purchasing the property in November 2015 we have completely overhauled the property including roof, heating, electricity, kitchen, bathrooms, carpets etc etc. This property wasn't furnished with the intention of a holiday let but for a second home. Since my son has started to play cricket at weekends and we can not visit as often as usual we have decided to let the house.
