Pinetop Country Club-12 Person Luxury Getaway- Escape the heat in Luxury!

Beautiful Home in Pinetop Country Club- Tall pines and oaks on the property, with nice open floor plan. Fireplace in the living room, for those chilly nights. Forced air heating - Great patio off the back and large porch running the length of the home for out door living. This beautiful cabin has four spacious bedrooms (3 King Beds & Kids Room w/ 2 sets of bunk beds and a Futon- Upper Bunks are suitable only for children- up to 125lbs ) and 3 bathrooms. Pinetop is the perfect place to get away from the scorching summer days in the Phoenix area and just 35 min to Sunrise Ski Resort and is just a short drive up north. Flat screen TVs, Surround Sound System and a large lot make this the perfect entertainers getaway. Please note, there is NO CABLE; there is an Amazon Stick in the Family Room (you will need to enter your own account information) and "smart" DVD Players in the Master and BunkBed Room.With golf shopping and restaurants all very close this place has it all! Please keep in mind the following when booking- There is no air-conditioner, the deck is NOT covered, so based on the snow level, it may not be usable and there is a 3 day minimum on all holidays. For any other questions, please contact owner directly. This is a NO PET/NO SMOKING Home! If at any time, it is discovered, that an “unapproved” pet is on the premises, you will be asked to leave without a refund. We do not accept rentals for more then 30 consecutive days, between the months of June and October. Home has a security camera over-looking the driveway/external stairs and one over looking the locked hot tub. Please note price listed is for up to 6 guests- there is an additional fee for over 6 guests.

Everything we were looking for in a get-away from the heat. Top notch appliances (including the BBQ), plenty of utensils, and dishes/glasses/pots/ pans. Surrounded by trees. Lots of outdoor seating. Inside stays cool during the day. Great neighborhood for walking.

This was a “girls” trip to get out of the heat and just relax and spend time together! The house was perfect for us. The house is decorated very well and all the supplies anyone would need during their stay. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in the area. Bunk bed next to garage door is a little wobbly. Cabin should be advertised as family with kids. It really only sleeps 6 or 7 adults. We had 8 adults. One adult slept on couch. Everything else was fine. We enjoyed our stay there. Very clean place.

Had a great time at this property! Very well stocked, kitchen has everything inc crock pot and blender, skewers for s’mores, etc. Loads of games, even poker chips and cards. They’ve corn hole and an area by the deck that’s perfect to set it up. Can watch the games from the deck. Beds are comfortable, there’s a washer and dryer, plenty of towels, even bath products, some seasonings and condiments. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thanks, Robert!

Property and location was excellent. If you had kids it would be excellent for one room had two bunkbeds and a twin. We only needed one twin as grandkids had to work and could not get off. Did not talk with any neighbors. We played lots of games lots of cards and just enjoy the beautiful weather and read books.

Fall Kayak Trip

The six of us range in age from late 50s to early 70s. We kayak, eat, drink a little, play dominos. We found the house to be the best one we've ever stayed at for our yearly trips. The kitchen was great, allowing for all of us to cook and clean up. It was hard to find a place with three king beds and three separate bathrooms. The deck was amazing and we spent quite a bit of time out there. Only negative was the step-down outside the front door. I would suggest some caution-tape. We'd love to come to your lovely cabin again.
