Our stay was very disappointing. The bathroom vanity cabinets and the bedroom closets were in such poor condition that they couldn't really be used. They were also filled with unnecessary items instead of providing space for guests' belongings.The laundry room was in terrible condition, and the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, like sleeping on a rock.The biggest issue was the cockroaches. We found them every day during our stay—some in the bathroom, one alive on the living room ceiling, and another dead behind the sofa. This made the house feel unclean and poorly maintained.Another major problem was the noise. The neighbors played loud music until 1:00 a.m. every night, making it very difficult to sleep and enjoy our vacation.The backyard was also dirty and poorly maintained, with overgrown weeds that made the outdoor area look neglected.Overall, the property did not meet our expectations due to the poor maintenance, cleanliness issues, uncomfortable beds, and constant noise. We would not recommend this property unless these problems are properly addressed.

Lamentamos mucho que su estancia no haya cumplido con sus expectativas, tomamos muy en serio cada uno de sus puntos para mejorar nuestro servicio: Sobre las camas: Queremos comentarle que las camas son prácticamente nuevas, con menos de un año de uso, por lo que nos sorprende que les hayan parecido incómodas, pero agradecemos su perspectiva al respecto. Sobre las plagas: La propiedad recibe un servicio de fumigación profesional cada mes sin falta. Sin embargo, debido a que actualmente nos encontramos en temporada de lluvias, es muy común que insectos como cucarachas y grillos busquen refugio y salgan con mayor frecuencia. A pesar de esto, revisaremos nuestros protocolos para reforzar la limpieza en las áreas mencionadas. Sobre los armarios, gabinetes y cuarto de lavado: Agradecemos mucho que nos señale esto. Ya hemos tomado nota y vamos a trabajar de inmediato en mejorar el espacio de los closets, los gabinetes y el cuarto de lavado para asegurarnos de que estén completamente funcionales y despejados para futuros huéspedes. Sobre el ruido exterior: Comprendemos perfectamente su molestia con este tema. Aunque el ruido de los vecinos es una situación externa que escapa a nuestro control directo, nos tomará la molestia de enviar formalmente sus comentarios a la mesa directiva del fraccionamiento para exigir mayor orden y respeto a las reglas de la comunidad.

We found the vertical shade in pieces,where it would have covered the patio door. Also the outdoor area was messy,unkept and no area to sit there. The location was ideal for walking to the beach and pool.

The location of this unit is phenomenal!!!!

My hubby and I took our 25 year-old adult daughter who was visiting us to San Carlos for five days and stayed in this unit. It is so conveniently located within one block of the beach, and we walked to multiple restaurants and bars from the unit. The unit had one full-size bed and one queen bed,,, it was the perfect size house for the three of us, and the kitchen was fairly well equipped with a little dated pots, pans, and dishes. We truly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay here again!! Being that it was late January, we had the gated community to ourselves!! And there are wonderful Pickleball courts at the community center that you can use as well.!!!!

Costa Del Mar

House has good bones but needs some furniture - pretty tired. There is no queen bed as listed - bed's are doubles. My husband is 6ft 2in In a double bed for two weeks. Anna was very responsive in getting some light bulbs installed that were too high for us to replace Over all we would rent again if some changes were made. Location is great

Worn out and dirty

This place was very dirty. Had no storage so stuff was piled in closets and laundry room with no organization. One toilet wouldn’t stop running and the other wouldn’t flush part of the time. The beds were horrible one felt like sleeping on a box spring. Very noisy in the neighborhood. Suppose to stop at 11 but that was not the case. Property had lots of damage to walls that had been repaired but not well and paint didn’t always match. I was extremely disappointed with this stay. I cleaned for 2 hours when I arrived just to be able to stay there. I don’t recommend this property.

Mexican beach house

I have been running homes in Mexico for over 30 years in different areas, this one is starting to show somewhere and tear, items are missing from the kitchen, we didn't have an adequate amount of towels and we had no dish towels, most of the stuff is typical of beach houses so just be prepared and we also had the water run out twice, there are neighbors that have massively loud parties going all night long on the weekends so be prepared for that as well, other than that the house is fine and it's a very short walk to the beach which is a great beach. The community pool is so so but again this is Mexico and things always seem to have a little bit lower standard of cleanliness unfortunately. The real estate company did the very best they could to help us with some of the issues that we had like a broken coffee maker and no kitchen towels. Being a person that does not speak a whole lot of Spanish it was hard to communicate when there were issues that needed to be resolved, but I guess that's on me. Just be prepared for noisy neighbors, water shortages and you may need to buy a few things for the kitchen, I guess it just depends on what you expect. Also there are no chairs to sit in just the two sofas and four wooden stools. The neighborhood is nice and clean and well-kept and the people are genuinely friendly except for the young ones who have the obnoxious parties all night long.

Great location and beautiful beach

Great location and a decently stocked home. Only a two minute walk to the most beautiful beach in the area. We stayed a month and loved it. The heat only worked in master bedroom and it dropped into the 40's for a couple days. Freak storm so we didn't let it both us. We just turned on the cook stove burners to knock the chill off. We would stay there again for hesitation.
