The big terrace on the first floor has a wooden set of 4 chairs and a table.

The bathroom on the ground floor and on the first floor have a shower and wc.

The living room has a big sofa and comfortable armchair, Big Flat LCD TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi coverage.

The kitchen with a table are placed in an open plan area. The kitchen is very well equipped: electric oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, citrus juice maker.

The outside dining area with a charcoal BBQ grill is created for deli breakfasts, lunches and diners.

One of many details that makes this villa exceptional is a spacious private pool on the stone paved outside terrace with sun beds and sun umbrellas for relax with pleasure.
