Large, extremely comfortable family home near the beach with luxurious modern furnishings, great flow and new gunite pool. Enjoy meals or a glass of wine in the the beautiful screened in cedar summer room with adjoining deck, overlooking the large backyard. Features newly renovated eat-in kitchen, KitchenAid appliances, farmhouse table, new George Smith furniture and Sonos bluetooth speakers in the spacious living room, den and dining room. Upstairs are four bedrooms - two with king size beds (master has en-suite), one with a queen bed and twin bunk beds and another with full bed. 2 blocks from your own private, association beach.

Our house does not feel like a "rental property" because it isn't. It is a genuine home away from home for us. It is where we spend time with our kids, parents and extended family and is well suited for children.
