Beach Block Townhouse in the beautiful city of Brigantine. This 3 story townhome features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and 2 decks , located in the desirable south end of Brigantine in Coquille Beach Communities. Ample room for two families to spend a vacation together. The area is quiet with a few minute walk to the beach or drive to atlantic city. This house comes with all the amenities you could need including fully stocked kitchen, beach supplies, and wet bar just to name a few. The first floor offers an in law suite with full bathroom. The second floor offers open floor plan with deck to a partial view of the ocean, new kitchen and hardwood floors. Bigger than expected

Had a dance competition and stayed for a week and split with dance friends. Crazy amount of room compared to staying at Harrahs. Anthony is a great host and the property is beautiful. Brigantine is such a great laid back private town and we actually had our honeymoon there. People say the walk to the beach is long but its beautiful and full of nature. I really enjoyed it. Plus its good to get some exercise, quit complaining, lol. Thanks Anthony for a great stay. One of our best stays weve had at Nationals!

Family Vacation!

The condo was beautiful! Very well stocked with kitchen essentials. We had 6 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room for all of us. We always look for a pool when renting and this one is very nice. It is a 15 minute walk to a guarded beach and that was difficult some days in the heat. Two issues that needed addressing...we couldn't adjust the ac and someone rented a movie other than us from that condo. Anthony and Jess worked with us on an ac schedule but it would be nice to control it ourselves. And, maybe a PIN# should be required to rent a movie. Overall, the condo met our needs and we loved Brigantine!

Brigantine stay

Nice townhouse and the neighborhood was very nice. Excellent pool and it is easy to use. Only drawback is the hike to the beach. It’s 0.5 miles to get to the beach and another 0.1 miles to get to the ocean (according to Fitbit tracking). The beach itself is fantastic. Not crowded and a nice slope to the water. No steep drop off to worry about with the kids. Luckily the walk is pretty easy. The beach wagon provided by the owner was very handy.

Nice House

The owner was friendly/ and the property was as advertised (very nice). Long walk to the beach, but not that bad personally. We actually went to 16th street beach everyday because there are restrooms & Laguna Grill is right there. Great property and experience overall!

Great Family Vacation

We have been coming to Brigantine for years and have family on the island and were looking for a place with space for 2 teenagers, a 6yr old and our in-laws. This place had plenty of space (the pictures don't do it justice). Everything has been re-done and is very clean. We loved going to the pool at the end of the day which was never crowded. There was always a breeze on the back porch and despite there being many units it was very quiet. The beach is a bit of a walk but the wagon the owner provided was very helpful. The only comment would be a need for more basic cleaning supplies and air in the bike tires. Owner was great and easy to deal with and answered our many questions. We would recommend staying here!

The place was beautiful but too get to the beach is totally impossible with kids...It may be beach block not absolutely not beach view like I was told.. If we didn’t have an active military guy with us who got free parking on the beach we would have never made it there with the kids and all there stuff. The pool was beautiful

Great place

This place was fantastic. Very accommodating. My wedding guests enjoyed themselves. The beach entrance to drive on was a block over which was nice. The ocean was a still a little cold so most of my guests used the pool which was great. Definitely a great place to stay.

Beautiful property a 5 min walk to a fabulous beach. Very available and accommodating owner. Only drawback for us was having to bring own linens (wet live in Canada and were flying in). Otherwise -- spectacular! Thank you for a great vacation :))

Beautiful property

I went down with the guys to blow off some steam. The property was amazing and the location was perfect. Close enough the action yet far enough away to disappear. I highly recommend this property.

If you have a 4x4 Vehicle you can purchase a special beach pass at Brigantine Community Center for $200 and drive on the beach. Access is located one block behind our house. Watching the sun come up and go down while on the back of your truck is great.
