Rustic house with beautiful lake view and Moreniche hills

The house is totally renovated, so simple and sought after at the same time. This is a very bright house with a wonderful view of Lake Garda, the surrounding mountains and the beautiful surrounding Morenic hills. Each room is served by a private bathroom. There is also a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed, private bathroom and access to a garden with a beautiful view. The kitchen is large with large dining room and direct access to the garden.
The house is located in the town of Ponti sul Mincio, on the river of the same name, just a few kilometers from Peschiera del Garda, then near the lake and near the fun parks of this area (like Gardaland, Caneva ...). From here you can quickly reach the highway that connects to the beautiful surrounding cities (Verona, Mantua, Brescia, Venice, Milan ...) and in a few minutes you will also reach the nearby lakes towns (Desenzano, Sirmione, Lazise ...).
A few kilometers away is the beautiful village of Borghetto and the splendid Parco Giardino Sigurtà natural park.

Beautiful interior, great ambience

Beautiful bedrooms with rustic wall design and very modern and clean amenities. Lovely inside and outside dining area. Some more kitchen utensils, i.e. ladle, serving spoons, colander, and chopping knives would have come in handy. Giusi is a lovely host and was very kind and helpful.

Erholsame Tage in tollem Ambiente

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Aufgrund der Bilder hatten wir schon hohe Erwartungen, die dann noch vom Haus übertroffen wurden!!! Die Schlafzimmer waren alle recht groß, womit wir so nicht gerechnet hatten. Die Steinwände wurden durch Lichter toll in Szene gesetzt

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in zentraler Lage, abseits vom Trubel

Wir waren angenehm vom Ferienhaus überrascht. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man im Alltag braucht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und werden sicher wieder kommen. Besonders schön war die im Boden eingelassene Beleuchtung der rustikalen nicht verputzten Wände.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Es hat alles gepasst. Sehr nette Vermieterin und sehr sauber! Unser Wunsch nach einem Staubsauger wurde auch erfüllt. Wenn man mit Hund reist, finde ich es wichtig auch mal zwischendurch zu saugen. Der kleine Garten war komplett hundesicher und einfach perfekt für unseren Vierbeiner. 1SZ im EG mit eigenem Bad und Zugang zum Garten (Hier wäre noch ein Mückennetz von Vorteil) 2 SZ im OG, beide mit Bad und Klimaanlage. Alle Fenster mit Mückenschutz und Fensterläden. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Backofen - alles sehr gepflegt… Die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf den Bildern. Das einzige was aus der Anzeige nicht hervorgeht ist die Tatsache das sich über der Wohnung noch eine weitere Wohnung befindet. (Deswegen die 3 Sterne) Leider waren die Mieter nicht ganz so leise und die Kinder konnten auch nicht „normal“ gehen. In so einem Fall ist es dann doch sehr hellhörig. Hat uns aber nur Morgens betroffen, da wir tagsüber unterwegs waren. Wir würden die Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen und auch nochmal buchen.

Ferienwohnung

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung über 2 Etagen, leider nicht wie angegeben ein Haus da sich darüber noch eine Ferienwohnung für 8 Personen befindet und es sehr hellhörig ist kamen wir nicht in den Genuss zur Ruhe zu kommen ....ansonsten eine schöne Wohnung und die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank PS Wein und Wassergläser müssten mal ausgetauscht werden schon blind und unansehnlich wir haben uns dann selbst neue gekauft. .

Schönes Haus, etwas abseits. Nur die Mücken störten.

Einfache Abwicklung, schönes etwas abgelegenes Haus. Sehr gute Einrichtung. Tolle Bäder. Ein wenig zu wenige Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten für 4-6 Leute. Nachmittags leider nur Schatten auf der Terrasse. Gute Lage, der Süden und südliche Osten des Gardasees ist Gut zu erreichen.

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Perfektes Haus für einen ruhigen Urlaub in schöner Gegend. Bis zum See sind es ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Haus selbst bietet genügend Platz und Alles was man braucht. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Toller Urlaub in einem schönen Haus

Tolles, großzügig geschnittenes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit Garten! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wer die Ruhe sucht ist dort gut aufgehoben. In 10-15 min ist man am See. Wir haben viel gekocht, die Küche könnte noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein, ansonsten alles TOP !

4 of us spent a week & loved the place. It was a great mix of old & new & Giusi was very helpful. Everything was 1st class. Close to town but you need a vehicle if you stay here. Very peaceful setting & great views from the bedroom. Only thing I wish it had was a better coffee maker, but that's it. Would definitely stay here again.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit eigenem, abgetrennten Gartenstück, auf dem sich ein Hund frei bewegen darf. Die Gastgeberin Guisi ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einzig etwas mehr Geschirr könnte vorhanden sein und leider ist die Klimaanlage nur im Obergeschoss, also auf zwei der drei Schlafzimmer beschränkt.
