This coastal house near Mawgan Porth can sleep eight people in five bedrooms.
Windrush boasts a prime elevated position with big sea views overlooking Mawgan Porth. The house sleeps eight people and has five bedrooms; one king-size double, and two singles on the ground floor with sitting room, dining room, kitchen and family bathroom. One double bedroom and a twin with an ensuite shower room are on the first floor. The balcony with garden furniture plus lawn and pond makes a great outdoor space for relaxation. There is off road parking for three cars and a garage for storage. Just a 10 minute stroll from the sandy beach and facilities of Mawgan Porth, Windrush makes a sunny sanctuary close to the coast.
Amenities: Central heating with open fire. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine (please bring own pods), washing machine, dishwasher, 50" Smart TV, DVD, wireless speakers, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 3 cars on the driveway. Garage for storage. Two well behaved pets welcome at £25 per pet per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub less than 1 mile. Beach 10 min walk. Note: The property is in an elevated position and although it has ground floor accommodation there is a path with shallow steps leading to the front door and therefore may not be suitable for people with limited mobility. Note: Gardens are not enclosed.
