About this property

Beautiful house near Bordeaux and the ocean

House of 110 m2 on a plot of 1000 M2 consisting of a large living room (60M2), two bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, summer kitchen, fenced pool and large sun terrace.
Sleeping capacity of 8 people. (A large bed of 160, a sofa bed, 1 bed 90 mezzanine, 1 child bed 70/150 and 2 bed 90 extra.
Quiet and not overlooked.
Located 10 minutes from Bordeaux, 35 minutes from St Emilion and Blaye, an hour from the beaches and the Bassin d'Arcachon. Ideal to discover the Bordeaux region and its vineyards.
Train station 3 min with direct access Bordeaux center. The proximity of the A10 allows quick access to La Rochelle and the entire Atlantic coast.
This is our year-round home, we make it available for two weeks, we obviously get rid of most of our personal belongings.

Beautiful poolhouse

We really enjoyed our holiday here, nice big living room and kitchen and a very nice swimmingpool. We made a lot of use of the outdoor kitchen! Small remark, the Vrbo description does not mention that cleaning costs, linen and towels were not included. We spend a lovely vacation here! Bordeaux, the wine chateaux en Blaye very close by!

The cleaning costs are mentioned in the ad, my wife also told you about it by message so that everything was clear, you had also planned the amount on your arrival. For the sheets, the Abritel application is not clear, when it is consulted in mobile version, it is noted in the "essential equipment" section, however it is true that we cannot find it on the web page consulted. from a pc. Séjour très agréable

Charmante maison, dans les environs de Bordeaux. Piscine idéale pour les enfants (placée au soleil, donc l'eau n'est pas froide). Grande pièce à vivre avec TV connectée pour pouvoir enregistrer votre compte Netflix. Il y a tout l'electroménager nécessaire avec un prime un super frigo américain. Suite parentale avec salle de bain et dressing. Proche des commodités et de la gare. Hyper marché à 10 minutes de voiture. Propriétaires adorables, merci

Une semaine très agréable

Nous y avons passé une semaine agréable, la maison reste fraîche malgré la chaleur. le secteur est calme et sans vis à vis. La piscine est grande et bien entretenue, toute la famille en a bien profité, c'est le gros plus de cette maison. Une smarttv qui permet de configurer son compte netflix et le débit qui va avec. C'est une maison à l'année, on y trouve tout ce qui peut faire défaut aux maisons de vacance : ouvre-boite, ciseaux, bout de ficelle pour amuser un chat ... Nous recommandons.
