Newly summerhouse builed in 2017 with beautiful location near the lovely beach. The house is 80 m2 and there is an annex of 19 m2. There are 3 bedrooms in the house and an annex. Lovely living room and open kitchen with high ceilings. Bathroom with exit to shower room. The house is bright and friendly and with new interior.
Large wooden terrace with dining area, lounge area with sofas, sunbeds and cozy corners. Large garden with room for play, relaxation or a cozy time in front of the fire.
Please note:
- This house is for maximum 6 persons.
- Electricity and water are settled according to consumption
- Final cleaning: EUR 130 / DKK 970
- Bed linen, sheets, towels, tea towels are brought or can be rented for EUR 20 / DKK 150 per person. person.

Fantastic hideaway right on the beach

Dorthes place is clean, cozy and well equipped. The garden is really spacious making the house a great vacation spot for folks with little children like us. The kitchen has everything you need, the interior design of the house is really lovely and makes you feel at home from the first minute. The location is awesome: 3 minutes walking distance to a really nice beach! Would definitely come again.

Perfect summer week

We had a wonderful week in the beautiful house. The garden has plenty of space and the plave is perfectly located next to the ocean. Also the house is very good equipped (Nespresso machine / gas grill / cleaning equipment / 4 bikes). We hope to come back one time. Best regards Daniel

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Garten und sehr guter Lage

Das Haus ist genauso schön, wie die Fotos es erwarten lassen. Die Ausstattung ist insbesondere in der Küche weit überdurchschnittlich: Sowohl die Qualität der Geräte als auch die Quantität von Besteck und Geschirr sind sehr gut. Der Garten ist geschmackvoll angelegt und sehr groß. Angenehm ist auch die Außendusche; so schleppt man nicht den ganzen Sand vom Strand mit ins Haus. Mit unseren Kindern konnten wir dort ausgiebig spielen. Die geringe Nähe zum Meer ist gerade mit kleinen Kindern wirklich klasse. Wir würden sofort wieder hinfahren.

Wer Erholung sucht, ist dort genau richtig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder!

Super Lage /Strandnah und tolles Haus mit Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder ,Platz war ausreichend vorhanden, aber die Bad/Klo Situation war schlecht gelöst. Eine 2 (Aussentiolette) wäre vom Vorteil gewesen.

Lieber Barbara, vielen dank für deine Feedback. Schön dass ihr euch gut gefühlt hat! Das Haus ist mit eine Toilette mit Dusche und dazu noch eine Aussendusche mit heißen Wasser ausgerüstet. Diese Einrichtung ist in unsere Beschreibung von dass Haus zu finden, und deswegen tut es mir natürlich leid wenn dass es als eine Überraschung kam. MfG Dorthe

Erholung pur !

Wir haben einen wunderbaren und erholsamen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus liegt nur wenige Meter von der Ostsee entfernt. Man kann das Rauschen des Meeres entspannend im Hintergrund hören. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön modern und hell eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der große Garten und die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten laden zum Verweilen ein. Alles bestens !!

Liebevoll eingerichtet, toll gelegen, viel Platz drinnen und draußen

Wir haben zu 8t eine wunderschöne Woche in Ihrem Ferienhaus gehabt - vielen Dank dafür! Die Kinder haben sich im Annex sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, auch wenn ein weiterer großer Kochtopf nicht schaden könnte. Es gibt für jedes Wetter und jeden Sonnenstand einen gemütlichen Sitz- und Essplatz und wir haben gerne gewechselt zwischen dem Sonnendeck, dem großen Esstisch drinnen und dem "Lounge-Bereich". Zum Wasser sind es nur ein paar Meter, abends hörte man das Meer rauschen. Die Kinder haben sich im großen Garten und auf der Schaukel ordentlich ausgetobt. Insgesamt ausgezeichnet!

Tolles Haus in ansprechender Lage!

Das Haus ist exakt so wie beschrieben. Es ist groß, hell und liegt in direkter Nähe zum Strand (nur ein Haus und der Uferweg liegen dazwischen!). Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen (u.a. ein Weber-Gasgrill und eine Nespresso-Maschine mit Milchaufschäumer sind verfügbar). Das Garten ist groß und bietet daher genug Platz für Kinder um Fußball oder Wikinger-Schach zu spielen. Wir hatten eine kleine Jolle dabei. Eine Slip-Anlage, um die Uferböschung zu überwinden, war keine 30 m entfernt. Insofern hatten die Kids auch in der warmen Ostsee ihren Spass! Ich habe an Møn Fyr die erste Meerforelle meines Lebens gefangen. Kurzum, wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in diesem grandiosen skandinavischen Sommer genossen und können das Haus nur empfehlen!
