ideal apartment for families, groups of friends or for business needs related to trade fairs.
It is located a few minutes from the Arena, on the bus route to the railway station and the Verona Fair in the residential area of Ponte Catena, a quiet neighborhood near the Adige river and the San Zeno basilica.
In the immediate vicinity various shops and activities.
Below the house there is the bus line that in a few minutes reaches the Verona Porta Nuova railway station and from here, with the shuttle, the Verona - Villafranca airport.
The residence has just been renovated, it has three rooms, a double sofa bed in the living room. the maximum capacity is seven people.
for those who reach our city by car we have free parking included, wi-fi covering the whole area, a perfectly equipped kitchen.

A perfect apartment that made for a perfect holiday

We felt very lucky to have chosen this apartment. Our host Gabriele met us on arrival and showed us around. The apartment is lovely, very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our hosts left a well stocked fridge with things for breakfast, milk, bread, pastries, cakes, eggs, cheese. We were also provided with alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments and bowls of sweets. Lots of generous and thoughtful touches that made us feel very welcome. Gabriele took time to recommend places to visit and was available to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. The location of the apartment was safe and quiet within walking distance of shops, cafes and restaurants and the historic district so was absolutely perfect for us. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment and our hosts. Very kind and welcoming and we hope to be able to visit again.

Tutto perfetto!

L'appartamento è molto ben posizionato, si trova nella zona residenziale molto tranquilla e nello stesso tempo è vicinissimo dal centro. Un supermercato dove si può comprare tutto il necessario si trova sulla stessa strada a due passi. Nessun problema con il parcheggio. La palazzina è dotata dell'ascensore. L'appartamento è appena ristrutturato, dispone di tutte le comodità, molto pulito e bello. La cucina è ben attrezzata, i letti sono comodissimi, l'aria condizionata in ogni stanza, il bagno con la cabina doccia nuovo e perfettamente funzionante. Eravamo 5 adulti e siamo stati molto bene. Sig. Gabriele, il proprietario, è una persona squisita: puntuale, disponibile e molto premuroso verso i suoi ospiti. Ci ha preparato tutto il necessario per la prima colazione ed ha offerto come il benvenuto la frutta e il vino locale. Sono stati anche molto utili i suoi consigli sulla scelta dei ristoranti. La residenza Arusani è stata ottima scelta che ha reso il nostro soggiorno a Verona molto piacevole. Assolutamente consigliato!
