Il PINO is a first floor apartment of 60 sqm with private entrance, living room with kitchen and fireplace, double bedroom, TV and private bathroom with shower, furnished in a rustic style. In the large living room there are two single beds. Extra single bed available. Outside there is a private garden, with chairs, deckchairs, table and barbecue. Panoramic swimming pool and large garden. The property is completely fenced. Parking inside the property.

The farmhouse Agriturismo Casale Il Colle is divided into 5 aprtments availale from 2 to 5 persons. One apartment is called IL PINO. In the heart of Umbria, just 15 minutes far from Assisi, Perugia and Todi, is set our typical holiday farmhouse with pool and beautiful large garden. We offer stays both in rooms and apartments, all with private entrance and private bathroom with shower. The farmhouse is situated on a green hilltop overlooking the Tiber valley, just 3 minutes far from Deruta, a town famous throughout the world for its art of ceramics. Everything has been recently restored maintaining the charm of the typical farmhouse, furnished in rustic style and perfectly reflecting the surrounding environment.

Vacanze in Umbria

Siamo stati accolti benissimo da Barbara e Marco. Ottima posizione, vicina ai luoghi che volevamo visitare e sufficientemente lontana dalla superstrada anche a due passi. Bellissima atmosfera specialmente verso sera, a bordo piscina in attesa del tramonto. Massimo relax. Il caldo si fa sentire, l'appartamento non ha aria condizionata ma lo sapevamo, descrizione dell'appartamento accurata. Grande disponibilità e cortesia del proprietario. Consigliato

Posto in una posizione strategica e incantevole, a 2 passi da tutte le località caratteristiche dell'Umbria, il casale è veramente accogliente e rilassante, anche l'appartamento gode di ogni confort. I proprietari Marco e Barbara sono delle persone molto disponibili e gentili. Spero al più presto di ritornare, sicuramente da consigliare !!!

Belle propriété isolée, calme à partager avec 3 autres gîtes . Une vue impressionnante

Les hôtes sont très accueillants et sympathiques.Vue de l'extérieur, une belle propriété fleurie avec jardin, parking, piscine, meubles de jardin. De l'intérieur, le logement est un peu rudimentaire: peu d'ustensiles de cuisine( couverts, louche, ...)et d'électro menagers (grille pain, ventilateur,..)le minimum pour la decoration. Pas de machine à laver. Très bon emplacement dans l'ombrie pour visiter Perugia, Orvieto, Todi, Spello, Assise,...

Lieu très agréable et bien situé pour rayonner

Séjour très agréable : appartement sympa, la maison est au calme dans la nature. Appartement, jardin et piscine nickels, bien entretenus par Marco, le très sympathique propriétaire. Lieu idéal pour visiter l'Ombrie, mais aussi Rome ou Florence accessibles en train de Pérouse. Je recommande vivement.

Très agréable séjour, accueil excellent.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, le logement est simple mais propre et confortable. La piscine est très bien entretenue, de même que le jardin. La vue est magnifique.Des propriétaires disponibles, accueillants qui ont à cœur de faire découvrir la région. Le logement est bien situé, Déruta est proche de Pérouse et d'Assise. Nous recommandons vivement la Casale Il Colle. Famille Mary

Vacanza rilassante e culturale

Il posto è meraviglioso, l'appartamento è curato anche l'ospitalità e la disponibilità del signor Marco è favolosa. E' il posto ideale per una settimana di vacanza rilassante e grazie alla posizione centrale nella regione è possibile raggiungere qualsiasi meta in breve tempo.

una bella settimana immersi nel verde

Avevo visto l'annuncio sul portale HomeAway, e dopo aver confrontato alcuni prezzi con altri annunci, ci eravamo decisi a prenotare questo appartamento. Devo dire che la location è immersa nel verde, facilmente raggiungibile e posizionata al centro dell'umbria. Ho trovato l'appartamento pulito e come da foto. I proprietari sono gentili e ci hanno messo subito a nostro agio. Peccato per la settimana di Pasqua abbastanza instabile(è piovuto spesso), consiglio comunque la struttura a chi cerca la tranquillità e a chi è appassionato di escursioni immerse nel verde.
