In the heart of Umbria, just 15 minutes far from Assisi, Perugia and Todi, is set our typical holiday farmhouse with pool and beautiful large garden. We offer stays both in rooms and apartments, all with private entrance and private bathroom with shower. The farmhouse is situated on a green hilltop overlooking the Tiber valley, just 3 minutes far from Deruta, a town famous throughout the world for its art of ceramics. Everything has been recently restored maintaining the charm of the typical farmhouse, furnished in rustic style and perfectly reflecting the surrounding environment.The farmhouse Agriturismo Casale Il Colle is composed by 5 apartments available from 2 to 5 persons; one of this is called ULIVO.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION: The ULIVO is an apartment of 60 square meters on the ground floor, composed by livingroom with double sofabed, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.Outside there is a private space in the garden with garden tables and chairs.

schöne, saubere und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung

die Ferienwohnung ist sehr abseits gelegen. Dafür ist es aber extrem ruhig und erholsam. Da wir im April angereist sind konnten wir das Schwimmbad noch nicht nutzen. es ist alles sauber und der Vermieter war sehr bemüht. Mit ein paar Brocken englisch und der Unterstützung seines Sohnes hat aber alles gut geklappt

Beautiful views

This appartment is located in rural, beautiful surroundings. It is close to the motorway ( you can hear it most of the time), the house is accessible by a quite steep and winding path. Typical italian city's and villages are nearby by car. The appartment itsself is very basic, only the bare neccesities are there. The bed in the bedroom is OK (we did not sleep on the sofa). The livingroom is quite bare and we really missed a small table to put e.g. coffee on. The lightings were ( offcourse|) energy saving, which gives harsh lights. We used a bedside lamp for more ambiance. Sadly the oven was broken, it got replaced with a micorwave/grill, I'd rather used the oven though and the refrigerator/ freezer were really smelly and had black spots on the rubber. It probably had been closed when there was no one occupying the appartment and been shut off, hence the smell. We had to severly clean it, but then it was ok. The freezer however, does not close as it should and kept on building up ice. The bathroom is ok, sadly the showerhead is fixed and not adjustable in height, nor usable for only washing your hair. There were different spots to go sit outside and enjoy the surroundings and the birds. The pool is not heated, and very nice to take a plunge to cool down. The owner, Marco, is very hospitable and friendly. Always doing his best to provide you of informations and tips. So even though it's basic, it reflects the rental price. And the location is both beautiful and handy.

Trois semaines au cœur de l'Ombrie

Située au centre de l'Ombrie, la propriété de Marco et Barbara possède des atouts pour passer un séjour plus qu'agréable. Plusieurs logements et une piscine avec une vue imprenable vous permettront de vous détendre et de rencontrer des gens de toute nationalité. Les propriétaires très accueillants, généreux et sympathiques sont présents tous les jours et offrent des conseils pour visiter la région. Una settimana di vero relax!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura con la mia famiglia la prima settimana di agosto. Posizione ottima per moltissime escursioni anche nelle regioni vicine. Marco è stato molto accogliente, disponibile e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per visitare luoghi davvero caratteristici. Giardino molto curato. Possibilità di grigliare. Piscina molto sfruttata nei giorni di grande caldo.

Vacanza rilassante

La posizione di Deruta è sicuramente strategica per poter visitare l'Umbria. Marco e Barbara sono disponibili ed ospitali, rendendo la loro proprietà , situata in collina con un paesaggio bellissimo, un ambiente familiare. Sicuramente anche questo ha contribuito a godere di una settimana di pieno relax!! Grazie!!

It feels like our second home

Grazie Marco, Barbara and Mattia, We had a very nice vacation in your holidayhouse. The pool and the view over the Umbrian mountains are beautiful. The location is perfect. It is near the motorway. You can easily drive to all the beautiful cities in the neighbourhood or take the beautiful small roads into the countryside and the hills. The communication with Marco was always very sympathic and very friendly. Marco has many insidertips for sightseeing. We haven’t seen or done everything yet. So yes, there is a very big chance we come visit you again :-) Bye, bye from the Dutch-Polish-family, Joanna, Pim, Maxine and Marnix

Ho alloggiato con la mia famiglia in questo splendido posto, immerso nella natura dell'Umbria. Posizione strategica per vari luoghi da visitare che fanno parte del patrimonio Italiano. Posto perfetto per famiglie, le nostre figlie si sono trovate molto bene. Una nota di merito la vorrei fare anche ai proprietari Marco e Barbara per la loro cordialità

Magnifiques vacances !

Le plus dur quand on rédige une appréciation, c'est de faire court... Très facile quand on n'a pas aimé, mais comme ça n'est pas le cas, je vais essayer quand même ! Pas grand chose à dire sur l'appartement qui est simple et fonctionnel, d'autant que nous n'y étions que pour cuisiner et pour dormir, car nous avons passé la plupart du temps à l'extérieur à profiter du beau temps, de la piscine, et des superbes paysages environnants (je vous les recommande au lever et au coucher du soleil, la lumière est magnifique). Idem pour les équipements, c'est simple et fonctionnel, avec juste deux petites remarques sur la cuisine où il nous a manqué une planche à découper et des verres à pied pour apprécier encore mieux le "vino della casa" gracieusement offert (idem pour l'huile d'olives et les fruits) par Marco. Ah, Marco........ quel personnage !! Je l'ai surnommé "Marco fa tutto" ("Marco fait tout" in french) : Omniprésent mais pas envahissant, à l'écoute et au petits soins pour ses vacanciers. Un vrai homme de la terre comme il se définit lui-même, amoureux de sa région (à titre d'anecdote, un jour j'ai osé dire que l'Ombrie était "la cousine de la Toscane", je me suis fait reprendre de suite, l'Ombrie est "la SŒUR de la Toscane"). Sans oublier Barbara son épouse (également aux petits soins) et leur fils Mattia pour la traduction instantanée (merci à lui !). En résumé, si vous êtes en quête d’authenticité, foncez ! En ce qui nous concerne, nous recommandons vivement cette location, et sans vouloir trahir un secret, je pense que nous y retournerons.

Sensasionnel

Cela fait 3 années que nous réservons cet appartement, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable comme à chaque fois. Nous y passons un très doux repos car c'est un endroit très calme, chose que nous aimons car nous sommes dans la cinquantaine. Je pense que ce n'est pas un endroit adapté pour des enfants en bas âge car ils s'y ennuierais car trop calme et tranquille. Marco, Barbara et Mattia sont vraiment de très bonne personne, très accueillant et très sympa et surtout très social, nous les considérons comme de la famille. Una settimana come la volevamo

Posizione molto buona per visitare Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Todi, Orvieto ecc....lontana quanto serve dal centro e perciò ideale anche per il relax (piscina al top). Vacanza perfetta, piena di tranquillità e pace.

E' stata una piacevole sorpresa trovare una località fuori dal traffico e confusione ed essere nello stesso tempo vicino a luoghi pieni di storia, degni di essere visitati e vissuti. Il proprietario , sig. Marco, attento alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti e pronto per ogni evenienza e necessità. Pensavo di arrivare in un posto isolato e invece vi era assistenza e presenza piacevole di Marco, disponibile a spiegare ed indicare i luoghi migliori da visitare.

Posizione da vero relax e perfetta per escursioni

All'inizio pensavamo di trovarci un po' isolati, ma la casa e il posto è logisticamente perfetta: ideale per raggiungere i luoghi caratteristici e storici dell'Umbria- Assisi, Gubbio, Todi, le cascate delle Marmore e persino Viterbo, il lago Trasimeno, ecc.. Il tutto con la consulenza importante del proprietario sig.Marco, sempre molto presente e pronto a dare assistenza, un vero padrone di casa. La mattina noi eravamo in giro nelle varie visite e al pomeriggio nel pieno relax della pace della villa L'Ulivo. Ancora un grazie sentito al sig. Marco.

Meravigliosa vacanza

Io e la mia famiglia (4+cane) abbiamo passato 14 giorni fantastici immersi nel verde e nella tranquillità. L'appartamento risponde appieno alla descrizione fornita dal proprietario ed è situato in una zona che permette in poco tempo di raggiungere le zone più belle dell'Umbria. Il titolare sig. Marco sempre disponibile per qualunque necessità conosce meravigliosamente il territorio da poter fornire anche itinerari per vedere posti anche poco conosciuti

endroit merveilleux

comme en 2014 nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances dans cette propriété située au calme mais non loin des commerces et des villes à visiter. MARCO,BARBARA et MATHIA sont des personnes formidables et très accueillantes ,ils font tout pour rendre le séjour très agréable. Lieux paradisiaque

Accueil super sympathique. Un lieux très apaisant et reposant. La vue est vraiment magnifique sur un panoramique de 360°. Il y a pas mal de ville à visiter dans les environs. Les commerces sont à proximité. Marco et Barbara sont un couple tellement gentil et agréable. Marco est toujours là pour nous conseiller en toute discrétions et il fait des produits de très bonnes qualités. De plus il a le cœur à toujours vous faire plaisir et malgré le manque de français, nous avons toujours communiquer avec un mélange d'italien et d'anglais. Nous avons tellement passé un magnifique séjour que nous avons pas hésité de réserver déjà pour l'année 2016.

Séjour de rêve dans un endroit merveilleux.

Nous avons passé des vacances formidables dans une région méconnue mais au charme indéniable. Grâce à sa situation centrale, Deruta est l'endroit idéal pour découvrir toute l'Ombrie, ses villes médiévales, ses villages perchés et ses sites naturels remarquables. Le logement est situé dans un cadre idylllique avec une vue époustouflante sur la campagne environnante. Encore un grand merci à Marco et sa famille pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur disponibilité et leurs conseils de visite quasi quotidiens. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et y retournerons sûrement en vacances!

Vacanze bellissime / Tolle Ferien

Erano vacanze bellissime ! L'appartamento era pulito e ben attrezzato. Il posto è bellissimo, tranquillo e centrale per le varie visite alle città. Il proprietario Marco è molto accogliente ed ospitale. Abbiamo apprezzato le nostre conversazioni con lui. Da consigliare ! Es waren wunderschöne Ferien ! Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Lage ist wunderschön und ruhig, aber dennoch zentral, um diverse Städte und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe anzusehen. Der Vermieter Marco ist sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Wir haben unsere Gespräche mit ihm genossen. Weiter zu empfehlen ! Grazie Marco e saluti da Patrizia e Roland dalla Svizzera !

Un séjour paisible rempli de découvertes

Un lieu plein de charme, au coeur de la nature, idéal tant par son calme que par sa situation en Ombrie. Des hôtes soucieux du bien-être de leurs visiteurs, leur accordant accueil chaleureux, délicates attentions (huile d'olive et vin du cru), et conseils de visites. Enfin la découverte d'Assise, Pérouse, Spello, Orvieto, Gubbio... et de leurs richesses artistiques, nous font garder de ce séjour un souvenir inoubliable.
