Villa Sultana is a splendid and luminous three-story villa situated on a promontory facing the sea. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Sultana you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Villa Sultana is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, private terraces, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, roughly 5 km (3.1 miles) from Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, a grocery store at 300 meters (990 feet) and the stop for the local bus at 300 meters (990 feet). You will reach Villa Sultana from the street level going down a stairway which consists of approximately 70 steps.
For a succesful stay at Villa Sultana we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it at approximately 300 meters (330 yards), for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved). Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 4 meters (13 feet) long. It can be heated if requested (please enquire with our staff). The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. The pool is open from the beginning of May until mid-October.

The furnishings of the living room are elegant and bright. The furnishings include a sofa. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a high window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio and the swimming pool.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an external access. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

This suite is made up by three interconnected rooms: a sleeping area, a sitting area and a bathroom. You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two armchairs. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter two terraces with a view of the sea through two French doors. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
