Awesome view and location

The apartment is very clean and well equipped, The view from the balcony is awesome and the location is great, very close to all the restaurants and callé San Miquel. The elevator takes you down to the Paseo Maritimo and the beach. I highly recommend this apartment.

Thiis Is a lovely property in a very central location. With great views. Lovely pool area, very clean. The key holder was waiting for us when we arrived and helped us sort out a transfer when there was a taxi strike departure day.. will be returning as soon as possible.

Our stay was amazing. The view down the beach and over the promenade was awesome and the apartment was fabulous - very spacious, comfortable with a huge balcony to watch sunsets. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was included. In short, we loved our stay and would recommend anyone who wants to visit this area to stay at the Santa Clara Apartment. Every thing was just as explained, very relaxing holiday Appartment was spotlessly clean with fully equipped kitchen 100% recommended !! the only downside for me was I waiting 3 weeks to get my damage deposit back with I thought was unexceptable .

The Perfect stay

Nice apartment, location is fantastic, room is brilliant has everything u need for a week's stay. And the view from the balcony is sensational. Most days we watched the sunrise at around 7am. Room is very modern and luxurious in bits. . You can hear the waves when you are lying in the bed . The bed is pretty comfy. The Perfect stay. Would recommend.

The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed to make our holiday fantastic..

We really liked the apartment and it had everything we would want, from the apartment it was very easy to get into Torremolinos town centre and if you went past the pool and through the decking area you could take private elevators onto the promenade of Carihuela, so it make it a perfect location. The apartment was very quiet at night so no problems sleeping at night, found the service Waterfrontmalaga offered was great, would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

Amazing views but apartment looking very tired ,soft furnishings could be cleaner ,no change of towels or bed linen for 2 weeks.Washing machine not usable as we couldnt open the lid and no instructions ,patio furniture a little shabby also ,also paid vrbo £125 service fee for absolutely nothing all correspondence done direct with Waterfront malaga homes so will not be usi g Vrbo again

Good afternoon Andrea, If you want to change the bed line, lencery must advice to us, as of course you can use the washing machine that everybody can use, but if you dont know how to use, you can ask to us too, to the office or to Aurelio who make you the checkin and explain you all the things and items. About the comunication with vrbo , this is an intermediary, as airbnb or booking, and always we speak directly with the customers, not the OTAS operartor, that charge always a commision, not only vrbo. What happen is that vrbo advice to you, and the other dont advice, if you compare the rates you will see that for this reason is more expensive with all the rest of OTAS

Stayed for 10 days, apartment clean,beautiful views, easy access to surounding areas.One of my main reasons to book was 2 sunloungers on balcony plus english channels. Only 1 lounger and no channels. Brought this to attention of aurelios and also main office on day of arrival and got no reponse from either. I would have given 5* if correspondence better. Also living door would not lock and clothes horse was broken. Feel checks before arrival should have been more thorough.

We had the most wonderful and relaxing 2 week stay in this apartment. The location is excellent and the apartment had absolutely everything we required for our stay. We loved all the wee unexpected extras like the shopping trolley for our groceries and the deckchairs we could take down to the grassy pool area. The balcony is very spacious and can be enjoyed at anytime of the day too. Having easy access to street level Torremolinos and also the beach was another plus. Maria and Aurelio were always quick to respond to any questions and very professional to deal with. We can’t wait to go back! Possibly have instructions for the cooker handy. We were a confused as to how the job worked but managed to work it out

Stunning view

Very nice apartment but little to small for 4 person. WiFi and AC was very good. Very fresh apartment and it got everything what you need (the only thing is that it has no dishwasher :(). The view from the balcony is fantastic and the pool area is also great and it's very close to the beach. There can be a problem to get a parking because sometimes the garage was full and you need to park far from the apartment and it cost you aprox. 22 EUR / day. It would be better if we could have rented a parking in the garage because now you never know if you got one or not.....

I will ask to the owner about the diswasher, sure is better for the guests. You can back again if you wish and book other of our apartments, this one is 70 m2, but you can book other with 80 m2 , anyway ill do a discount if you advice to me, thank you for everything. maria

Stunning Santa Clara

This property has the best views, it’s nice and clean and modern and of a high standard, all you need for a summer break home from home. The pool area is excellent too and the lift to the beach is fab. Really good restaurants nearby and fantastic walking along the promenade - will return. Maria and Aurelia really helpful 👍 Only downside was paying the balance and security deposit. Whilst you can pay the security deposit by credit card, you have to pay the balance in cash. Also to note there is no air con as such in the bedroom, it’s a fan. It was ok for us as we kept the door slightly open. And perhaps a new ironing board please, although most guests prob don’t use one on holiday! Thank you for a lovely 10 days

Beautiful View

The view from the balcony is outstanding, however during our mid to late May stay, it was so windy on the balcony mid day it was not usable. The condo itself is wonderful and a great location. We checked in before 4pm. The person who was supposed to show us all the details couldn't make it so after 45 minutes of waiting, the concierge just gave us a key and room number. It's very helpful to have the Whats App downloaded so you can communicate with the person who checks you in. We didnt know that so we had no WiFi info or anything else till 11am the following day. Be prepared to buy all your own paper products including toilet paper. Very sparsely outfitted so if you arrive at night make sure you have water, etc. Aurillio, who we met the day after check-in was very responsive once we had a way to contact him. Management company was unreachable at 4pm and needs to do a better job. Overall, we enjoyed our time there very much.
