The property was clean but didn’t have simple things like kitchen towel, washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets. Nor did it have spare bin bags. It’s annoying for people that stay for only few days. I traveled a lot and booked holiday accommodation through different portals but never had property that didn’t supply coffee, not even for one day.

We have just had the BEST holiday In Torremolinos and having such a beautiful villa really made our holiday. The house is beautiful, it’s very clean and the beds a very comfy. The hot tub was such a good extra too and if we ever had questions we were answered straight away. I would definitely stay here again Get some new pool table balls as some were the wrong size

Ten of us (2 families) stayed at the villa and we had the best time. The place was very spacious so we were not on top of one another. The local supermarkets and restaurants were close by so we could walk everywhere. Would definitely go back again

We arrived very early and Aurelio kindly let us drop our bags. Situated so close to the beach,shops and restaurants was ideal for oir family. The villa is spread out over 3 floors and along with the garden and pool were clean and well presented. Wifi was good and relieable all week. We did use uber / Bolt for taxis when needed and they found the villa easily. For the location and space it proved food value and I would highly recommend.

Lovely holiday for everyone

Lovely, spacious villa in great location for accessing the beach and restaurants all without needing a car. Added bonus of pool, table tennis, dart board and pool table so kept everyone happy. Good links to Malaga (very reasonable taxi) and access to organised bus tours to Granada and Ronda. Would recommend. Stay was first week in September.

Great villa in a great location. Loads of nice restaurants around the villa, 2 min walk to the beach and about 15 min stroll in to town centre. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of room inside and out. My 15 year old loved having his own little annex downstairs. Aurelio was brilliant with anything we needed (including getting us back in when we locked ourselves out)

Excellent villa for a Family or a Group of Friends

Very Clean and Tidy Villa with lots of Space. Everything was in working order. Pool Hot Tub and Jacuzzi were all clean and working. Location was close to the beach shops and cafes and restaurants. Carrefour a 4 minute walk around the corner and cafes and restaurants about 300 meters away. The beach is about 700 meters down the road. Would recommend this for groups of friends or a family. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you

Beautiful villa

This lovely villa is in an ideal location with a nice mix of local residents and tourists. No need for a car as everything you need is so close. There is a really nice local restaurant just around the corner for breakfast/lunch and plenty of other restaurants too. The area is so nice as it’s sufficiently removed from the busy town centre with just a short walk to the beach. This beautiful villa is maintained to a high standard and I have no hesitation in recommending it. I will definitely book this again. Many thanks Aurelio.

Unforgettable Holidays in a Dream Villa

The villa was the highlight of our vacation – the kids had a blast in both jacuzzis, the pool, and enjoyed playing billiards and ping-pong. There was plenty of space for everyone, and each of us had a cozy spot in beautifully decorated bedrooms. The house has its own unique charm, and our evening gatherings on the beautifully lit terrace will stay in our hearts for a long time One thing I would definitely change is the coffee machine. You also have to keep in mind that the villa is not brand new, so from time to time, something might stop working – that’s just the charm of a place like this. However, it’s always worth letting Aurelio know – he’s very helpful and will gladly assist you if he can.

Fantastic location

Amazing looking property and location. Only 5 minute walk to shops, bars and beaches. Property is tired inside and could do with an update. Leaky shower, light fitting hanging off,some kitchen items unusable as filthy, tired sofa and cushions outside. Jazuzzi looks like it's never been cleaned.. Pool is very deep even after steps in so not great if you have small children. Overall great location and villa could be amazing but does need some money spending.

Absolutely beautiful villa in a perfect location. Surrounded by restaurants and bars, supermarkets and playgrounds, beach on your doorstep. It is everything you could want for a luxury family holiday. The children loved the pool and whirlpool, adults loved the pool by day and jacuzzi by night. Enclosed garden is so private and safe. Aurelio was so welcoming and was always contactable if we needed anything. Thank you Maria and Aurelio for a lovely holiday, we will definitely be returning to Villa Saudi Maybe some extra towels and sheets would be nice if I were really trying to find something to improve on.

Nice Villa, needs some updating

Very nice villa, well situated. The rooms were spacious enough for two families in total 9 persons. Everything was clean and fresh, except the barbecue. Matrasses however, were soft and dented, so some of us didn't get to sleep very well. Unfortunaltely, next door there were serious buildingactivities, leading to loads of dust in the garden and loud noises of appliancies being used througout the day. A sign showed this was known for a few months. So we feel we should have been warned. A bit of a bummer. Nevertheless, the building is beautiful, communication with rentalservice was sufficient. We would stay another time.

Mooi huis en op loopafstand van het strand.

Het huis deed aan alle verwachtingen en we hebben een heerlijke week gehad . Zwembad is niet heel groot ,maar groot genoeg om een lekkere duik te nemen . De jacuzzi is lekker om even te ontspannen. Alles wat je nodig hebt is op loopafstand , supermarkt ,restaurants etc . Kortom een prima locatie om je vakantie te vieren .

Lovely villa but should not be rented out in the winter

This villa was very cold especially the bathrooms. The electric hob was cracked and unusable causing us to spend far more than intended on eating out and agent refused to fix it. It was advertised as sleeping 12 BUT a double and small double sofa bed were in the garage which was so damp it had a dehumidifier going 24/7 causing huge mosquitoes to bite everyone in the whole place. Most furniture etc needs an update the dining room chairs were filthy. HomeAway refused to help get a refund.

The Villa is magnificent, with spacious rooms, with lounges, the terrace with the perfect pool to make barbecues, is 100 meters from the beach and nearby there are shops and supermarkets, the perfect area to go out at night to dinner in restaurants.
