Cozy place right at the top of the slopes. We had a great time. Also walking distance to village restaurants and shops.

Hi Chris! :)
Glad to have hosted your 5 night pre-Christmas stay :)
We just noticed that you've given us a 4/5-star rating. Any suggestions, just let us know :)
Thank you and looking forward to hosting you again soon :)
We enjoyed the staying. Very convenient and accessible to the ski lift, room is clean, bed and sofabed both are comfortable, kitchen is equipped with plenty of cooking tools, night is quite, shower hot water is satisfied, nothing is negative.
My girlfriend and I stayed here for a quick 3 day ski trip to Snowshoe. This spot was exactly what we needed. It was comfortable and incredibly convenient to walk right out and start down the mountain. It was also nice to be able to easily pop in for lunch or some rest before going back out. I would stay here again!
The property was as described. Very clean and great location. Sitting on the balcony and watching the people getting off the lift was very entertaining. I would definitely rent again
The communication from the host was top notch, with a handy phone app covering all the critical info. The condo is nicely renovated and the bed and furniture were comfortable. Great location. Woukd stay there again but there are a couple of basic maintenance issues. One support for the top rack of the dishwasher was broken (likely missing a stop) so the rack collapsed easily. The screen for the sliding door was off and lying in a frozen block of snow on the deck, making the deck unusable (would have damaged the screen trying to extract it). We kept the heat at 50 degrees and turned off all the baseboard heaters and it was still 70-75 degrees inside unless we opened a window. This seemed to be partly due to the bathroom heater being hot despite being in the "off" position on its thermostat. The kitchen lacked some common utensils (no tongs or dry goods measuring cups/spoons, and only 3 placemats and coasters but 4 chairs). The kitchen is otherwise excellent and way better than many at Snowshoe. I would strongly recommend blackout drapes for the bedroom (the lights from outside are VERY bright) and a boot tray under the ski rack in the hall. Also, the cleaning crew left a plug of hair from a prior tenant in the shower drain, but that's not the host's fault since the resort does the cleaning.
Beautiful skiing in cold but delightful conditions! Great condo which was clean and comfortable. No toilet paper or hand soap in the unit was our only complaint. Would rent again. They check in desk guy with red hair (possibly Will) was not pleasant.
I was very impressed with the condo. Very much as advertised...from check in to check out everything was fast and friendly. Look forward to renting again!!!!

Great condo at a great place!
Our overnight stay at Snowshoe was wonderful. The condo was comfortably furnished, the linens were neat and clean, the appliances were great, and the communication from the management was excellent. Even though we had never been to Snowshoe before, we knew exactly where to go and how to check-in thanks to the clear directions. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Fun Trip
The unit was very clean and had all the basic necessities for a comfortable stay.
Pros:
Affordable
Quiet/safe
Unit faces slopes
Easy access to slopes and village
The only con for us was the sofa bed which was not comfortable for an adult - true for most sofa beds though.

Hello Chris! Thanks for sharing your experience :) It's really a big help for us to know on what ends we should improve :) But we're happy to know that you've had a fun trip :) Thanks and we're looking forward to have you again as a guest soon :)
Great location - easily walkable to 'village' and access to main lifts, restaurants, and rentals. Condo is cozy...with a family of four and snow gear. Primary bedroom bed very comfortable. Pull out bed OK for kids but wouldn't have work for big adult (like most pull outs). Kitchen had what you mostly would need. No dining room table but bar seating with bar stools. We'd stay here again.
The unit was clean, cozy, had everything we needed for my little family! The unit us located right in front of Ballhoot Lift with incredible Mountain View’s. Just steps away from the village. I enjoyed how close to Starbucks and restaurants it is :) We’ll definitely come back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

Quaint, Cozy and Adjacent the Slopes
A very cozy 3rd floor apartment overlooking the beautiful WV mountains and snowy ski slopes. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary utensils and supplies you might need to prepare a simple dinner. The bed was very comfortable and living area welcoming. Would highly recommend this unit for anyone seeking a great value location on the top of the mountain.

Not allot of frills, very accurate description. There is a big temperature differential from the inside rooms to the outside rooms in the condo.... That actually worked out well, as one of our folks was cold natured, the other warm.
Overall, good experience

Hey Adam! Thank you for sharing your positive words with us. On behalf of Mountaintop condos, we appreciate this very much! We look forward to hosting you again soon! Have a great day and stay safe!
Condo was so close to the village! It made it easy to walk to restaurants and to the lifts for fall foliage viewing. Living area of condo was great but bedroom was quite small for two people. Parking lot gate was not being used and there wasn't an attendant. Nearby convenience/grocery store had limited hours. We were there on the last weekend of the summer/fall season.

A good place to stay
This condo was ideal for our mid-week ski vacation. My only complaint is the robot calls during the week. 5am calls that Pocahontas County schools are delayed and daily robot calls for substitute teachers became very annoying!
The condo itself was nice with the basic kitchen nesessities to prepare and eat meals (except no Croc-pot). The noise from the grooming machines and the hallway was acceptable...it's to be expected at a ski resort. Housekeeping staff was great and all the reservation emails and instructions explained everything well. I would stay here again.

Great location but broken dishwasher
Loved the location of this condo! Right next to the slopes. Had everything you need and linens were clean. Only issue we had was with the dishwasher. It was broken both days of our stay and leaked water on the floor (and a lot of water to the point my kids were jumping in the puddle!). Apparently it was a known issue before our arrival. Onsite maintenance were super helpful, but this was disruptive to our stay.

Just Okay...Good Rate
Not sure its the property owners responsibility or the resorts. When I opened the door the unit was obviously just smoked in with marijuana. So not sure if it was the previous renter or the resort staff. The TV in the bedroom is smaller than my computer monitor I have at home.
