The estate is about 7 km from the historic center so you will have all the comforts while still in nature and relax with beautiful views.
The house is new and just restored. It consists of a kitchen / dining room, a twin bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and direct access to the outside.
In front of a table with chairs and umbrella in order to enjoy the view with a nice plate of pasta before!
There is a fenced pool with umbrellas and deckchairs and outdoor shower.
Great solution for those who want to live in the countryside in relaxation in a convenient position to reach the most important destinations of Tuscany.
Margherita is in inside an estate where there are other 3 little houses.
The swimming pool is in share with other guest of the estate.
The pool and garden are constantly kept by the gardener to ensure cleanliness and precision.
The pool has salt water and has the following measures (6m x 12m, depth: 1. 40m).
