The apartment is situated on the ground floor ( first floor in the US), it is divided as such: a big living room/kitchen area, 2 master bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, the apartment has a washer machine, a dishwasher,stove/oven,and a tv. The house has been completely renovated few years ago with modern technology which ensures the thermal insulation of the house with innovative material which eliminates the need for air conditioning. The house is circa 300m from the highway which brings you to Versilia with its splendid beaches and long sand strips, a good place to visit is Viareggio, Forte Dei Marmi, Pietrasanta. Opposite of the beach you can admire or go visit the Apuan Alps where the famous white marble was extracted and used by Michelangelo. Another pearl to visit is Garfagnana, where you can taste genuine typical food at a fair price.
