The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a modern building and can be reached by elevator or stairs. The building has security entry and is on one of the quietest streets in the district. Double glazing in all rooms gives a peaceful and quiet atmosphere for such a central location.
The hallway leads to a large double bedroom with king-size bed and plenty of storage. The bedroom is located at the rear of the apartment next to a large and modern bathroom with bath and shower over, all operated from a gas central heating system. The living room has a chic sofa which can be converted to a double sofa-bed. A large screen digital TV and DVD player with a wide range of DVDs gives plenty of entertainment options should you wish to stay indoors. Hutcheson Street Flat
Well equipped kitchen, cute neighborhood. The property were very clean and has CDs and books. For the location, it is less than 5 min walk to Buchanan street.
We have had a fantastic stay in Glasgow.
The apartment is centrally located, right at the heart of the city, close to all major attractions, with lots of eating out options.
It was very easy to book, smooth communication with the owner.
The apartment was in excellent condition, spotless clean, warm, quiet, very comfortable.
We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Apartment
What a wonderful apartment! The location is awesome, really close to restaurants, bars and shopping. The apartment is well laid out and very comfortable. We stayed for two weeks over Christmas and were warm and cozy the whole time. Glasgow City Flats were great to deal with, very helpful and made us feel really welcome. Would highly recommend to others looking to stay in a lovely part of Glasgow.

The layout was very good for a couple. Bed very comfortable. Quiet. Loads of wardrobe space. Carpets looking a bit tired but overall cleanliness very good. Only small niggle shower over bath which made it difficult for me to access. This is our favourite apartment as have stayed in afew.

a scale to weight ingredients when you cook wouldbe a nice touch in the kitchen.
I was pleasantly surprised as the flat is a little bigger than even the pictures show and has high ceilings! I was met at the street entry way by the rental agent when I arrived and was given a quick overview of the flat. There is a foyer when you first enter the flat with the living room and kitchen thru a short hallway to the right, the bathroom ahead of you and the bedroom to the left. It was quiet, clean, in good repair and comfortable. The washer/dryer was nice to have and the kitchen had what I needed to eat in. The common area carpets have seen better days with some stains but they were being cleaned when I was there. There are grocery stores and shopping nearby, only 10 minutes walking distance to both train stations and bus depot. Buchanan Street, a pedestrian area is nearby as well with lots of shops and two Subway Stations that can take you to museums and parks.I really enjoyed my stay at Palazzo - Hutcheson Street and would stay again if I returned to Glasgow.
This cozy unit has pros and cons. It's hard to beat the location, as it's just a few minutes walk from everything in the city centre, as well as the two main train stations. There is even a restaurant and a brew pub at street level as you walk out the door. The bed unfortunately isn't very comfortable, and the decor is a bit spartan. The hallways of the building are in rough shape as the carpets are covered in stains, but inside the unit it is clean. Bathroom is spacious, and there is a tub/shower. Kitchen seems fine, but we didn't cook during our stay. Communication with owner was good. We were greeted upon arrival and given a brief orientation.
Our main annoyance is related to the absence of adequate light for reading in the evening both in the bedroom and in the living room. It is ok for watching TV. For those not terribly interested in TV, it was a nuisance. Otherwise, the apartment was very satisfactory.
The flat was clean and very handy to the city center.
We were met by Graham to collect the keys and communication was excellent throughout the booking process.
Numerous cafes and restaurants in walking distance from the Apartment.
Only minus would be that there wasn't a welcome pack which would have been handy after a long trip.
Apart from that I would recommend this apartment.
The property was as just like the pictures. Very close to everything in Merchant City. Perfect for a short stay, can get noisy on the weekends. Property manager was very helpful and responsive. Came over from the US and stayed for 10 days. If coming in the summer, a sleep mask is definitely needed.
