Stunning 3 bedroom property located in the World's Largest Ski Area

Chalet T'Laer is a beautifully renovated chalet in the heart of Chatel. The property is located only 500m to the village center with an easy walk to the shops, bars and restaurants. The chalet is split into two apartments with their own unique style and charm. T'Laer 3 is the ground floor apartment with three bedrooms, open plan living space and large flat garden.

The living space in T’Laer 3 is centered around the beautiful log burner and the stylish leather sofas are comfy and relaxing to enjoy an evening with family and friends around the fire.
The room is open plan with stunning French windows and amazing views of the Abondance valley and Mont du Grange Nature reserve.

T’Laer 3 has three good sized bedrooms as follows.

Bedroom 1 – Twin with ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2 – Twin
Bedroom 3 – L-shaped bunk bed

All the beds will be made on your arrival and you will also be provided with towels and Molton Brown toiletries.
Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom.

The kitchen in T’Laer 3 is modern and spacious with all the equipment you will need during your stay. A nice 6 person wooden table takes center stage and also benefits from the chalets amazing views.

Chatel sits in the heart of the World’s largest ski area with amazing skiing for all abilities. Super Chatel offers an array of green and blue runs zig-zagging through the trees in France and Switzerland. In the other direction Linga and Pre la Joux provides a nice mix of skiing for all abilities and some more challenging terrain for advanced skiers and off piste experts.

T’Laer is located between the Super Chatel telecabine and lifts at Lac de Vonnes. It is 800m in each direction and there is a free bus service which stops outside the chalet.
There is parking at the chalet for 1 vehicle if you are staying in resort with a car and wish to drive to Linga or Pre la Joux.

The chalet also features a large shared boot room with boot warmers so there is plenty of space to get changed and store your ski equipment.
It is also possible to stroll down into Chatel village centre in approx 10 minutes.

Our self-catered ski chalets offer exquisite luxury combined with flexibility and convenience to suit your individual needs.

At NINE & TENNE we believe all self catered holidays should be luxurious so we include Molton Brown toiletries, a bottle of Champagne on arrival, and welcome gifts when staying at one of our self catered chalets during the winter season. We also offer stocked fridge, meal deliveries and a pre-ordered wine services as extras.

Fijne plek voor wintersport

Prima verblijf voor de wintersport, voor zes volwassenen waren twee van de drie slaapkamers fijn de derde slaapkamer had geen raam en Ă©Ă©n bed dat wat kleiner/korter was, voor kinderen natuurlijk geen probleem. Het uitzicht was erg mooi.

Fijn verblijf voor familie

Fijn appartement met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, voor met een familie heb je dus nog voldoende privacy! Locatie ook perfect! Chatel is een heel gezellig dorpje! Auto kon geparkeerd worden voor de deur. Bus stopt vlakbij het appartement en lopend naar het stadje is het 5 minuten!

Nous Ă©tions 6. Les chambres sont grandes, il y a deux belles salles d’eau et le salon salle Ă  manger cuisine est un superbe espace avec un vue incroyable! Le bus s’arrĂȘte devant et met 10 min Ă  aller au tĂ©lĂ©cabine de chatel ou au tĂ©lĂ©siĂšge du gabelou. On peut mĂȘme y aller Ă  pieds.

Great stay in Chatel!

We had great time in Angela's appartment. Perfectly located and equiped we enjoyed our week for skiing in Chatel. So easy to go to ski locations ( with Linga, Le Pré Lajoux or Gabelou) the bus just next to the chalet and so easy to go shopping or ski hiring in the village center. 6 single beds in 3 bedrooms were perfect. Thanks a lot Angela.

Amazing views and excellent location

Our stay at Chalet T’laer was just perfect. The Chalet interior and decor was beautiful and to a very high standard through out, also very clean. The views from the floor to ceiling window were fabulous. Perfect setting for our morning cuppa and breakfast. The location is ideal bus stop in right outside of the chalet servicing ski lifts and near by villages. It only took us 10 minute to walk to the main chair lifts (in full kit carrying boards) and 5 minute in the other direction to the village centre. Angela and Hugo were very welcoming and provided everything we need before and during our stay. Definitely recommend, perfect setting for our family New Year trip.

Excellent Chalet for family ski Trip over Christmas. Well positioned and had everything we needed.

Thoroughly enjoyed yet another stay in Chatel. Hugo and Angela provided everything we required in their beautifully decorated and positioned home for the week. The addition of the log burner and provision of a Xmas tree made our stay even more homely and festive than last year. Thank you so much. Love this place and so perfect for getting to everything during our stay.We will definitely be back soon!

Appartement spacieux et bien situé

L'appartement se situe au RDC en contrebas de la route, au calme. Il est situĂ© Ă  mi-chemin du centre ville et des nouvelles remontĂ©es mĂ©canique cĂŽtĂ© lac de Vonnes. L'arrĂȘt de bus se situe Ă  10 mĂštres du chalet, ce qui est apprĂ©ciable. Beaucoup de rangement pour le matĂ©riel de ski. En ce qui concerne l'appartement, il a Ă©tĂ© partiellement rĂ©novĂ©; la salle de bains est spacieuse mais manque de rangement/Ă©tagĂšres. CĂŽtĂ© cuisine, de la vaisselle et des couverts supplĂ©mentaires seraient bienvenus (6 petites cuillers quand on est 6, c'est un peu juste!). Sinon le contact avec les propriĂ©taires est aisĂ© et rapide, l'arrivĂ©e et le dĂ©part sont faits par un gestionnaire sur place. La location inclut le mĂ©nage et la location de linge, les lits sont faits Ă  l'arrivĂ©e, c'est pratique! Encore quelques petits amĂ©nagements et ce sera parfait! Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour.

Perfect for our skiing holiday. Ski bus stops right outside the apartment. Only 5 minutes walk to Chatel centre. Great views from the picture window in the lounge. Best apartment we have had in 20 years of skiing in Austria and France.
