+ Beautiful view, quiet, very nice owner, air condition, cosy for 3 pairs or a family, well equipped kitchen
- Small rooms, should be cleaned under beds.
The house is all the way up on the hill so you must climb ( not suitable for elderly) if you have an electric roller that could be useful
To sum up it is a very nice place with a very kind owner, I recommend it to families or friend couples.

Wirklich sehr nette Vermieter, schöne Wohnung mit mega Aussicht. Ein paar Kleinigkeit haben gefehlt die man vielleicht ersetzen könnte z.b. scharfe Messer, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Kann man wirklich empfehlen würden definitiv wieder buchen. :)

Domaćini odlični! Svaki dan smo dobivali smokve, grožđe, jedan dan čak i kremšnite. Toliko smo oduševljeni s njima. Pogled na more lijep, malo teži put do apartmana, ali nije strašno kako se čini i brzo se dođe. 5 min pješice do plaže, natrag 10 min. Nama je falila malo veća kutna garnitura jer je smjestaj za 6 osoba, ali mogli smo preko slika vidjeti da je to tako pa smo sjedili na stolicama. Kupaonice i sobe su bile uredne.

Majitelé apartmánu byli moc milí,vstřícní lidé,starší manželé,kteří byli víceméně kdykoliv k dispozici,
apartmán byl moc hezký,světlý,krásně čistý,dobře vybavený,zejména v kuchyni jsme ocenili dostatek nádobí,hrnců,pánví,příborů,což nebývá automatické,měli jsme k dispozici i myčku..
Bezplatná wifi je už dnes asi samozřejmostí,z balkónu překrásný výhled na moře,apartmán byl sice v kopci,pěšky na pláž to trvalo,ale stálo to za to,užili jsme si klid a ticho,stranou od lidí..
Kdo vyhledává klidnou dovolenou bez nočního ruchu a barů,doporučujeme jak Mimice ,tak i tento apartmán..

Bardzo ładny apartament wysoko położony z pięknym widokiem na morze, bardzo dobrze wyposażony z fajnym miejscem do grillowania chorwackich specjałów, gospodarze gościnni i pomocni, dla dzieci atrakcja - żółwie w ogródku. Wieś Mimice spokojna z ładną plażą i miejscami do spacerów, dla lubiących strome zejścia i podejścia jeśli chodzi o pieszą wędrówkę na plażę. Pobyt w tym apartamencie uważam za bardzo udany dla mnie i mojej rodziny. :)

+ Clean, nicely furnished, spacious appartment that includes 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, a dishwasher and a lot of other amenities (multiple coffee machines, ice cube trays, every other small item useful during a vacation was already there).
A great, welcoming and helpful host.
A wonderful view from the balcony.
Peace and quiet surroundings.
The Mimice village is a very nice place that is easy to reach and isn't overcrowded with tourists too much. There are a few restaurants, bars and a grocery store within a few minutes walk.
A few different gravel beaches within walking distance. The water is very clear.
Proximity to Omiš, Makarska and Split.
- The house is close to the beach, but the whole village is located on a steep hill; we had no issues, but for people with disabilities it may prove challenging. There is an alternative route though that goes around close to the store/tourist bureau that is longer, but less steep.

Mieszkanie było super czyste duże i bardzo dobrze ...
Mieszkanie było super czyste duże i bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Okolice piękne jedyny minus wszędzie pod górkę. Do plaży daleko choć plaże piękne. Brakowało mi nocnego życia tam. Okolica spokojna tylko szkoda że nie było choćby parę sklepików z pamiątkami.
