Vermieter sollten nicht mehr Vermieten

Das Haus ist sehr veraltet, alles sehr verdreckt. Küchenausstattung schon 50 Jahre alt, Meine Frau hat den ganzen Tag damit zugebracht alles zu reinigen. Wir haben neues Geschirr gekauft, weil das vorhandene nicht zumutbar war. Aber das schlimmste waren die Vermieter, die wohnen mit im Haus. Als es regnete und wir alle im Haus waren sind die hochgekommen und haben uns rausgeschickt, weil die sich ausruhen wollten, mitten am Tag sollten die Kinder bei Regen am Strand sein. Sobald nur jemand zu uns zu Besuch gekommen war um nur mal kurz die Wohnung anzuschauen sind die Vermieter hochgerannt und haben alle rausgezerrt. Absolut nicht Gastfreundlich. Sagten wir könnten sie am Strand sehen oder telefonieren. Würde nicht mal umsonst in dieses Apartment wiederkommen.

Ich fahre schon seid über 10 Jahren nach Kroatien, aber sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Die Hausbesitzer sind einfach die Katastrophe, haben jeden Tag Stress gemacht. Sobald ein Kind mit unserem Kind im Haus spielen wollte zerrte er es raus, und wollte jedes Mal die Polizei rufen. Selbst als es geregnet hat kam er in die Wohnung und hat alle rausgeschmissen, sagte alle sollen am Strand sein. Die Wohnung selbst war so verdreckt das meine Frau da erst mal eine Grundreinigung machen musste. Wir laben neues Geschirr gekauft weil das was da war wiederlich war. Ich würde nicht mal umsonst in dieses Haus wiederkommen. Für die Klimaanlage hat der Hausbesitzer auch gleich 200€ abgezogen obwohl es in der Beschreibung schon inklusive war.

Kedves, megbízható tulajdonosok, kényelmes, tiszta szállás, hatalmas, tengerre néző terasz, csak azért 4 csillag a helyre, mert nem volt kávéfőző, sem mikrohullámú sütő, de ettől függetlenül nagyon klassz hely, közel a strand, csak ajánlani tudom

Első családi nyaralásunk volt hovátországban,minden csodálatos volt. Érkezésünkkor a tulajdonos már várt bennünket,hamar áttvettük a szállást. Barátságosak és segítőkészek voltak. A strand tiszta,és nagyon közel volt.Vodice sgép város,megér egy kirándulást. Az apartman csendes helyen van. Tokéletes családi pihenés volt. Szeintem még visszatérünk.

Apartment is big, with plenty of room, furniture is a little old, but in good shape, the balcony is huge, good view of the sea. Ac is good, but only in one room. The host is very friendly but speaks only croatian. Beach is very close, and very nice, with many possibilities of having fun (skijet, boat rental, aquapark, etc.) . Parking is a little bit difficult because of the narrow street, but there is shadow in the courtyard. Many good restaurants and bars, I highly recommend, especially swordfish from Konoba pirata nearby (is delicious).
