I highly recommend, host was very kind, always answering our questions. Room and bathroom were clean, everything looked like on photos. Beach is 3 minutes from apartment, little shop 1 minute, bar at the beach. We will for sure recommend it to our friends and family. For sure we will come back.

Owner: Very friendly; have a good discussion after arrival and during the whole time. Excellent hospitality. Room: Nice and clean; above the expectation. What makes more feel-like-home is the little details. Like you have dishwaser fluid and fresh sponge, clothes dryer rack with clothespins. Accommodation: Have enough parking space even for 5 cars. Beach: about 2-3 minutes by walk

S pobytom sme boli nadmieru spokojní. Majiteľ je veľmi priateľský a pohostinný, pekne sa s nami privítal a potom aj rozlúčil. Vie poradiť, kde čo zohnať za najlepšiu cenu a kam sa oplatí ísť na výlet. Nemali sme žiaden problém, všetko bolo čisté a pripravené. Lokalita: Mali Rat je výborné miesto, avšak pláž je pomerne malá a hneď pri hlavnej ceste. Nám to ale nevadilo, nakoľko sme každý deň skúšali rôzne pláže v okolí. V blízkosti je mestečko Omiš, v prípade väčších nákupov je neďaleko Split (Decathlon). Ďakujeme p. Filipovi za skvelé ubytovanie a radi prídeme zas.

Boli sme 27.7. až 7.8.2025. Veľmi , ale naozaj veľmi dobrí domáci, Filip je fajn človek, domáca tiež veľmi sympatická. Filip veľmi pekne spieva a hrá na harmoniku. Ubytovanie nové, čisté, každý deň sa upratoval dvor aj schodisko.

<3 <3 <3 ich war mit meiner Mann da uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen die Hausherren waren sehr nett und freundlich ,wegen Bett ist Geschmackssache meiner Mann hat gefallen für mich war bischen zu hart aber das könnte auch daran liegen das ich schwanger bin war bischen unbequem für mich aber für mein Mann war perfekt Der Apartment war sauber Internet hat perfekt funktioniert Fön und Besteck und Töpfe waren da und was ich toll fand von Besitzern wenn du was gebraucht oder Fragen hättest waren die sofort bereit zu helfen
