Relaxing Spring Break

The house was beautiful as described. We enjoyed the pool and most of all the pool table was nightly entertainment. The house was decorated beautifully and close to shopping , restraunts, and entertainment.

Volleyball tournament

We absolutely loved staying here!! It was beautiful and so clean and comfortable. A couple of fans would’ve been great but we were fine without them. We would definitely stay again and didn’t want to leave.

Barnes Vacation

The house was very spacious and cleaned. Enjoyed the master bedroom tub and bed. The bed was huge. Interior was displayed beautifully. The pool was excellent, Everyone enjoyed themselves. I will recommend this place and plan future stays.

Perfect family getaway!

Great Stay

I can’t even begin to describe how wonderful this stay was. The house was clean, spacious and just all around pleasant to be there. This worked so well for us and our teens. They could go to their rooms when needed and hang out with family by the pool or play some of the games in the house. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back!

Family vacation in Orlando

My family of seven stay here for 5 days. This place serves us well. My only complaint about it is that the air-conditioner seem to not able keep it cool enough to be comfortable. We didn't not have very hot weather so we were able to tolerate it.

We are equipped with a new 3 tons AC . Home Square Conditioner Size 1,000-1,500 square feet 2 tons **1,500-2,000 square feet 3 tons 2,000-2,500 square feet 4 tons 2,500-3,300 square feet 5 tons We have a property manager to maintain the house including the air conditioning in accordance with Florida laws and rules. Before check in we send instructions with 1) Frontgate check in 2) Welcome Brochure 3) Code to Entrance Door 4) AC rules: ( read below) WARNING When air conditioner is TURNED ON Please close ALL windows and doors this will keep the cool air inside and keep the temperature . Leaving the windows and doors OPEN will also put STRESS on the air conditioner and the air conditioner will FREEZE UP and stops working .

Birthday vaca

Our only issue was us being accostumed too having toilletries, better soap etc.. we just went out to buy. second is as much as we tried keeping everything clean, countertops from food the bugs, even a large one made its wsy in, so we emptied our luggages day before to make sure nothing comes home. orher then that our stay was pretty good( could be cooler indoors). poils great, rec room in garage is a plus!!

We are sorry that we didn’t choose your favorite brand for toiletries and hand soap…This house is SELF CATERING ,we leave those items as a “live saver “ for the guests arrival,as the description shows in our listing informations. About the “bugs”, probably found them because you stayed for 11 days and DID NOT hire any cleaning service for your entire staying. We have a very strict pest control company that we religiously pay every month for their service. Pretty sure this is not an issue with our service,since your are the first one to complain about. Maybe it is more about your own hygiene and cleaning habits. Glad to have you as our guest! Hope you had a safe trip back home!

Great vacation home!

Stayed 4 days in this great vacation home! The pool area was perfect, kitchen well stocked for cooking, plenty of bedrooms for all! Beds aren’t as comfy as home... but that can be overlooked when you’re having a good time. Owners are excellent communicators- answered all emails promptly- very nice to work with! Would stay here again.

The property manager asked us to call the cable company because the wifi was not working. I went on vacation, should not have had to take care of the issues for them.

Beautiful property

The house was absolutely beautiful and just as described. Very clean and more than enough room for my family. We all enjoyed the heated pool especially the kids. My only complaints are that a few things were damaged prior to us getting there (pool sticks, dishwasher pod holder, a drawer off track in the master bedroom and one lounge chair by the pool) and the wifi was extremely slow and sometimes didn’t work at all. The property manager didn’t seem to be available on the weekend, but was very nice and attentive once we were able to speak with them. Other than that we enjoyed every minute of our stay here and would definitely stay there again.

This property was just as pictured. It was clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool! The neighborhood was great! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

Great place

It was exactly as looked in pictures. Gated community and easy to get access card. Called managers for house twice. Once because a battery need for smoke detector. And came to replace. Second time was for toilet paper, they only supply one roll and you need to buy more if need... odd especially when on vacation. Besides that, was a very nice house and everything worked great. The mattresses were a little on the extra firm side which if I had a choice I prefer softer. Close proximity to the Disney parks, restaurants etc.

House is immaculate ! I didn’t realize that this was a 5 bedroom house so every single person in my party had their own space (except my husband and I of course ) There were 5 of us and even my 7 year old had his own room which he loved. The only thing I would suggest is if they could include at least a couple of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods per stay. We ended up having to buy our own box of each so we could do dishes and laundry. The houses AC works great even at 76 the house always felt very cool. One thing I didn’t notice until our last day was that there are black out shades in front of the blinds in each bedroom! They are sort of hidden behind the curtain frame . I wish I would have known it would have made our window darker and my 7 year old would have slept till longer lol. I would definitely stay in this property again. !!!

The house is very nice and comfortable. Plenty of space. Had a problem with pool heating but management company had someone there to fix it quickly. We loved the area too. Having a private pool was the main reason we picked this place.
