Az apartman minden igényt kielégítő, tágas,jól felszerelt,tiszta. Minden hálószobához külön fürdőhelyiség tartozik. A strand pár száz méterre található, de több közeli partszakaszt is felfedeztünk a szállás közelében ahol kiválóan lehetett fürdeni. A szállásadó kedves, segítőkész, rugalmas. A parkolás biztosított. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat az itt eltöltött 7 nap alatt. Povile egy kis település, éttermek, élelmiszerbolt Novi Vinodolski-ban található, amely kb. 5 km távolságban van, tehát nagyon közel. Összességében mindennel elégedettek voltunk, a hirdetésben látottak 100%-ban valósághűek.
