Luxury villa in holiday park Les Restanques de St. Tropez with private parking, 86m2 on 2 floors. Comfortable and modern. Large living / dining room with sofa bed 2 pers. Smart TV including Netflix and blue ray DVD player. Patio 20m2 with terrace to the garden 125m2. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee machine). Separate WC + sink. FREE WIFI. It is possible to rent linen 15 EURO pp via the owner. Towels 30 EURO, this is not mandatory.

Upper floor: Shower / WC, 1 bedroom with 2 beds and air conditioning, 1 bedroom with 2 beds and air conditioning, 1 master bedroom with 2 bed 1 x 180 cm. Adjoining bathroom with bath and sink, TV and air conditioning. Both bedrooms with terrace.

Détente aux restanques

Maison confortable, spacieuse , bien équipée, très bien située dans un cadre magnifique, proche des plages et des stations balnéaires, tout en ayant l’avantage d’être au calme… L’espace aquatique du centre Pierre et vacances est très propre et agréable. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et soucieux de notre bonne installation. Seule point moins positif : le couchage du bas qui manque un peu de confort pour des adultes.

Super vakantieadres

Wij hebben enorm genoten op dit mooi onderhouden park. De zwembaden zijn erg mooi en zeer geschikt voor kleine en wat grotere kinderen. Het privé zwembad is lekker rustig een heerlijke plek om even rustig een boekje te lezen. Het huisje was schoon en goed onderhouden. Voorzien van alle luxe die nodig is tijdens een vakantie. We hebben er enorm van genoten. Zeer goede bedden. Aanwezigheid van fietsen zou een pre zijn, zodat je gemakkelijk naar strand kan fietsen of naar Port Grimaud.
