This is a new villa with 2 large double bedrooms downstairs and a master suite with private balcony and master en suite upstairs. The villa sleeps 6 with an additional 2 put-up beds for additional children to sleep 8 in total.

The villa has been decorated and equipped to the highest standard with beautiful sea views and views across the bay to Fuerteventura, as well as a large landscaped garden and a heated pool. The villa also has a great outside space with built in BBQ and wood fired pizza oven for those perfect nights in!

Brief description of the rooms:

Kitchen:
With full granite work tops, double oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, Tasimo coffee machine, all cooking utensils and many other amenities.

Lounge:
Beautifully decorated lounge with large LG flat screen TV, DVD and full IPTV SKY in multiple languages.

Master bedroom:
Large master suite with large master en suite and private balcony complete with rattan seating and large day bed.

Villa location:
The villa is located within the private electrically gated (Key fob entry provided ) and secure Carabella community which offers exclusivity and privacy as well as a spotlessly clean environment. There is a local shop on the Shangri-La Community only a few minutes walk from the Villa which sells fresh bread and basic holiday provisions. Within 5 to 10 minutes walk from the villa you will find the Faro park Parade of shops that has a number of local restaurants and Supermarkets.

The villa is situated approximately five minutes drive from the main centre of Playa Blanca, or for those those who prefer a walk, a promenade can be accessed near the villa which is pleasant 30- 40 minute walk into Playa Blanca.

Full local amenities and attractions are provided within a booklet in the villa upon your arrival.

Home from home in the sun

Spacious villa in a quiet location - perfect for some winter sun. Villa was spotlessly clean, beds were very comfy ( often not the case with other villas we have rented over the years) and the heated pool was lovely and warm even on windy days.

Perfect place to spend a family holiday

The villa and the garden are very well kept. The house is absolutely spotlesss and neatly furnished.The kitchen is well equipped, all beds are comfortable, and the heated pool with all the water toys was great for the kids. The neighbourhood is very quiet and friendly. We had a wonderful time at Mark's place and we definitely recommend it.

Great holiday and excellent description of villa

Myself and my 3 children have had a wonderful holiday in Marks villa. Great communication, helpful and a lovely home from home villa to stay in. Decorated to high standards, great private location, quiet but easy to get to restaurants and shops. Beds very comfy, WiFi excellent for kids, tv and film channels endless. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Outside area is immaculate with plenty of space for relaxing with sunny and shaded areas. Highly recommend booking this very spacious villa.

Fantastic villa, great location

We have recently stayed at this villa and it was exceptional. Both the inside and outside were a very high standard, very clean, modern and set in a gated secure community. Communication with Mark was excellent throughout the booking process and also whilst we were on holiday. Paul and Laura who live next door were also fantastic. They were able to give us great information on places to visit, restaurant recommendations and were a great help throughout our stay. The island is lovely and Playa Blanca is perfect for a relaxing holiday. I would highly recommend this villa to any families or couples who enjoy a villa which is spacious, modern and great value for money. A pleasant villa with a good garden and swimming pool

Our stay was plagued by constant failure of the electricity supply. If the pool was being heated the kettle and toaster would cause the breaker in the house to switch the power off. If the oven was on no other appliance could be used. There seems to be a problem with the installation. The beds were very comfortable but the pillows were awful: badly filled and lumpy which was a shame. There was only one non- slip mat for a bath when two were needed. I bought another which I left in the house. We felt the kitchen equipment was very basic. More glasses would be welcome. More Kitchen knives would be welcome too. As there is no indoor seating for meals a tray would have been useful. When you are four people it was often chilly to eat breakfast outside on the shady side of the house. High wind and inclement weather were a problem because of the lack of indoor eating facility. I am sure in hot weather it would have been fine so we were unlucky. We felt that with some adjustments the villa could be made more enjoyable. I have to say Mark Cameron was very helpful when we had a problem with the front door lock and helping us operate the television set. We were impressed by his prompt response to our communications. Finally could I say a welcome pack would be a nice gesture. It would be pleasing to have a cup of tea or coffee on arrival.

Hi, Thank you for your comments This is the first time I have had negative feedback regarding the facilities and furnishings in the villa but I will take your comments on board and speak with the onsite team. Regarding the power issue, this is common in Lanzarote as the houses have very low main Amp fuses so if the pool heater, oven and tumble dryer are on at the same time, it may trip. This is rectified by just reducing the number of appliances on at any one time and then just flipping the breaker switch by the front door again Regards Mark

Villa in Playa Blanca

We have rented this property before so had no hesitation in rebooking. We did feel however that some items may now need an updating. There are some broken items in the Villa which just need disposing of. Pillow’s definitely need replacing but the beds I have to say are super comfy. The gardens are beautifully kept. The Villa is in a very quiet area. I would rebook in the future but it would be nice if the owner could oversee a few updates.

Peor que un volcan en erupción

Estancia de 7 días en Lanzarote. Preciosa isla y gente maravillosa. Lástima que este tipo de páginas de estancias vacacionales estropeen el descanso y ahorros de un año entero de sacrificio y ahorros. Supuesta villa de lujo en Lanzarote, día de entrada llegamos a la villa sin ningún tipo de recibimiento y con claves erróneas, según entramos eso era un agujero de suciedad, sofás meados, cortinas rotas, bragas y sujetadores en armarios etc etc..... Reclamación en el momento y respuesta de la pagina" no es para tanto" Hoy 27 de octubre deberíamos haber salido de la villa y aún nadie nos ha dado ni una solución ni una respuesta. Nos hemos tenido que alquilar otra villa estupenda con unos propietarios estupendos también, pero por nuestra cuenta. Nos vemos en los juzgados señores, es inadmisible la situación por la que nos han hecho pasar

Thank you for your review but I have to say I think this is a joke! You contacted me upon your arrival to tell me that the Villa was not in a good state and sent me through pictures to prove this. There were a few stains on one of the sofas and I offered to get the entire sofa Set replaced with a brand-new set we have in a locked cupboard in the property by the management company the very next day. The other pictures you sent Did not in anyway show that the Villa was in any way in an unfit state or was dirty in anyway. you did show a picture of a rattan pool toy box which is slightly broken but we just leave it there so that people can leave toys for the next guests. To all of the travellers, I would urge you to read all of my reviews which show the Villa is an amazing place to enjoy your holiday, but unfortunately it seems That these guests would not of been happy with anything.

Straightforward booking. Management company excellent and very accommodating. Easy to get hold of and didn’t have to wait for answers when required. Villa has 3 roomy bedrooms and 2 big bathrooms. Pool lovely and warm especially for little ones which was greatly appreciated. Pool towels supplied which saves on packing. Beds very comfy. Washer and dryer if required. Gated community and short distance to a few local restaurants and supermarket, but be warned Prices have risen a great deal over past 2 years. You can walk into the centre of Playa Blanca in about 30-45 mins along a promenade right by the sea.

A well appointed property in quiet estate of similar villas, not near the centre.

We had some difficulties finding the villa and gaining access to the estate, but once we were there it was great. The owner and property management company were quick to reply/fix small issues. The villa, garden, and pool were all very tidy and clean. Some outdoor furniture has suffered from the wind and sun, and will soon need replacement.

Surpassed expectations

Excellent property in a small gated development. The quality of the villa and amenities on offer are excellent. Mark, the owner is 100% accurate and genuine in his description of the villa. The outside space can only be described as perfect. The astro grass makes fantastic use of an otherwise dead space. The heated pool is immaculate and a good size. The villa is approximately 10minutes drive from Playa Blanca. Having that said there is a brilliant choice of 5-6 restaurants within 5 minutes drive or it is a lovely 10 minute stroll. The quality of the food is brilliant and represents excellent value for money. There are decent walks in the area along the cliff front. As a family of 6, we would 100% return to the villa and recommend it as a welcome space to relax.

Peace and quiet in the sun

We were travelling as a family of four with our 18 and 21 year old children joining us. The property was spotless on our arrival and presented in a very homely way with none of the sterile atmosphere you sometimes get with a holiday rental. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed - even those items we never usually get such as a sharp knife and a pair of scissors. The garden and pool area is lovely, and we spent a lot of time in the shade under the lanai. The property looks straight out to sea so there is a continuous breeze. This is great for keeping you cool. The community is very well kept and was extremely quiet which we loved. The neighbours were mostly older couples who were very pleasant but not in your face. It was lovely to walk to the shops each morning to pick up the pre-ordered bread from La Moka. It made us feel less guilty about eating it! We had hired a car which made it easy to get to all the activities we tried - a visit to Timafaya which is a must (even the camel ride); a sand buggy trip in Puerta Calero and dinner in the Jameos del Agua which was an experience- fine dining in a lava cave! There are also more local activities in Playa Dorada and the jet skiing was popular with our two younger family members. The sea is clear and you swim with the fishes - we really enjoyed that as a change from the lovely pool at the house. There are plenty of places to eat out both within walking distance and a short drive away. The italian and the indian restaurant provided great food at a good price and we were glad of the opportunity to walk the five minutes back to the villa to aid digestion. The Rubicon Marina also provided a lovely place to wander, eat a meal or have a drink overlooking the boats. You would need either a car or a taxi to get there.

Just back from the Easter holiday spent in this lovely villa. When we arrived we were all impressed by the space on offer and how clean and tidy it was. The garden and pool are really nice and very well kept. We had quite a windy week so the covered area and table were great for breakfast and lunch. The house has everything you would need for a comfortable stay and we are happy to recommend it highly to anybody thinking of going to Playa Blanca.

Sehr gute Anlage, um einen entspannten Urlaub zu machen

Besonders die Terasse mit Sitz- und Grillmöglichkeit draußen wurde immer von uns genutzt. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und man kann sowohl am Pool oder im Wohnzimmer gut zusammen mit 6 Leuten Zeit verbringen. Mit einem Auto sind viele interessante Ziele in der Nähe zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten, nur die Geschirrspülmaschine hat nicht funktioniert.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the villa was exactly as described and very peaceful. The location is quiet and just a 5 minute walk to the local bars and restaurants, or a €5 taxi to Playa Blanca and Marina Rubicon nightlife. I would recommend a car if you wished to explore a bit more, try different beaches or get away for the day. Can't wait to come back!
