Nice big house

Stayed for a week with friends and family. Really enjoyed the house. Kitchen is well stocked and rooms/bathrooms nice. The beds were a bit hard though. Pool and Pingpong kept everyone busy.

Great stay

The property is great. The house is has lot of space and so does the garden. Large swiming pool and a great area around the pool. All in all a fantastic property. The view from the house is magnificent. I few things that is good to know in advance: There is only one restaurant within walking distance. Nearest grocery shop is 10 minutes drive. You will need a car. Nearest beach is 1 hour drive (sea). All in all we had a great stay and I can give my best recommendations.

La posizione dell’ alloggio è davvero molto bella, immersa nella natura in un luogo magico. La piscina sempre curata. La casa era dotata di tutto, asciugamani e coperte, unico neo, non era molto pulita. A parte questo, i miei figli si sono molto divertiti, ho trovato molta disponibilità e la comunicazione è stata ottima. Se riusciremo torneremo il prossimo anno!! Grazie di tutto

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einem verträumten Dorf

Das Anwesen liegt auf der ruhigen Seite des Dorfs am Hang und bietet unglaublich viel Ruhe. Die Aussicht in das Tal aus Olivenbäumen ist einfach traumhaft. Man hat einen großzügigen Außenbereich, der aufgrund der Hanglage terrassenförmig gestaltet ist. Wege auf dem Grundstück führen ums Haus, zum Pool oder in den Olivenhain, zu einer Bank. Es ist gut ausgeleuchtet, rundherum durch einen Zaun gesichert und mit einem elektrischen Tor befahrbar. Das Haus ist großzügig, und man hat für jedes Schlafzimmer ein Bad. Hier kommt man sich nicht in die Quere... sehr schön. Aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen genossen wir insbesondere die untere, schattige Terrasse und unseren riesigen Privatpool mit 5x10 m, und das jeden Tag ausgiebig. Insbesondere zum Abkühlen nach unseren Rom-Besuchen war es immer wieder schön, ins kalte Nass zu springen. Ich glaube, wir werden nie wieder einen Urlaub ohne einem Pool im Garten machen. Dieser wurde übrigens erstklassig gepflegt durch Bruno, unserem Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Dieser war immer erreichbar und kümmerte sich um alle Anliegen gern und schnell. So hatte sich unser Sonnenschirm zerlegt, da er halt einfach alt war. Zwei Tage später hatten wir ungefragt einen neuen Schirm bekommen. So fühlten wir uns einfach wohl. Ausgestattet war die Küche etwas bunt mit allem Nötigen. Die obere Küche benutzten wir gar nicht, belegten wir doch beide Etagen gemeinsam als Familie. Grundsätzlich ist aber auch oben noch eine vollwertige Küche vorhanden. Die Schlafzimmer waren ausreichend ausgestattet mit Schränken, die Betten waren gut, jedoch unseren Kindern etwas zu hart. Dem konnten wir mit vorhandenen Decken Abhilfe leisten. Das Haus selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, und braucht hier und dort einen Handwerker. Die Klimaanlagen haben alle funkioniert, wennauch zum Teil etwas laut. Im Außenbereich hatte ich dann halt etwas Hand angelegt, da die Wege und Terrasse etwas zuzuwuchern drohte. Das habe ich aber freiwillig und gerne getan, da ich Lust dazu hatte. Ich hätte auch bestimmt unseren Bruno ansprechen können. Kleine Mängel halt, die für uns aber keineswegs kritisch waren. Es könnte alles etwas besser im Schuss sein. Wichtig ist aber auch, dass wir als Gäste Mängel mitteilen. Wir Gäste leben dort, und ein Vermieter bekommt nicht alles mit. Auf die Frage, ob wir noch einmal hier Urlaub machen würden: Ja, ganz sicher! Wir haben uns sauwohl gefühlt und einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Danke an alle, die für uns da waren.
