Wonderful location and property that met our needs perfectly. Very well appointed, extremely clean. Responsive and welcoming host. Four good bedrooms with private bathroom facilities made the trip perfect for the 4 couples. The location is excellent - out of Kotor (busy), with restaurants and supermarket within easy walking distance. The elevator from road level to the house was useful for luggage. Very nice place

The property, owner, views were all great. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 stars and not 5 is that we didn’t get the house in the VRBO listing. We were told the renters extended their stay so we had to occupy the house at the back. Be aware that this could also happen to you. The owner is a nice guy but he shouldn’t allow this to happen. You can’t show one house but rent another!

The place is top notch very well kept and we love the cleaning service that was provided the house was one of the best houses in town great neighborhood great views I would book again in the future. Also we had great communication with the owner which helped .

luxuriöse Villa mit traumhaftem Panoramablick

Sehr schön gelegene Villa für Familien, die Ruhe suchen. Tolle Ausstattung, sehr gepflegt und toll angelegte Terrasse. Fehlende Dinge wurde sofort nachgereicht. Leider war der Pool sehr kalt. Ansonsten haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

This villa belongs to high level class. It was superclean and every details have been designed just right way for these kind of luxury property. and the view from the villa was something I´ve never seen before...!! During our visit our host Marko´s hospitality together his friendlines did our vacation as something that we are going to get again in the future in same place

Lovely St Oliva

Beautiful villa, very well equipped with fabulous views. I hadn’t quite realised there are a hundred steps up from the road to carry suitcases up, or that the cleaner came daily from 9am - 1pm. The owner was abroad on business during our stay but was available 24/7 on WhatsApp and replied with 5 mins. He was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Shop and restaurants within easy walking distance and boat tours picked us up from the dock about 50m from the villa. There is also a regular bus to Kotor from just outside the villa. We had a great week and would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a superior villa near Kotor in Montenegro.
