Our holiday villa is matchless for giving you that 'home away from home' feeling. Comfortable, modern and spacious, with plenty of natural light and direct panoramic views over Perast Islands and the Adriatic Sea.
Newly furnished & renovated house build over 2 levels with a total living space of 130 sqm offering guests complete relaxation and privacy in this unspoiled location.
Each room has its own sea facing views.
If you want to spend a nice day at sea, in the most southern fjord in Europe, you should definitely visit the Bay of Kotor.

Perast is a lovely place to base a stay in the bay of Kotor. The villa is well located and the pool and view are amazing. A lovely stay in Montenegro.

There's nothing else like it in Perast.. it's a slice of heaven. The pool has amazing views, and is situated at the base of an ultra-romantic old wall, which you can swim around. The apartment itself is charming, and very clean - but it's the terrace and pool which make this place a knock-out.

Excellent location in Perast

Spectacular views overlooking Perast Old Town. Nikola was very helpful and responded quickly to any needs. We enjoyed spending afternoons by the pool. Old Town restaurants were very close. Thanks for having us!!!

Beautiful villa in Perast

The views from the villa are absolutely stunning due to its vantage point of been elevated. Perast is beautiful with lovely restaurants by the sea. There are around 150 steps from the villa down to sea level to the restaurants and of course back up again! The villa has been nicely renovated with an air conditioning unit in the lounge/kitchen with fans provided in two of the bedrooms. The swimming pool at the villa is lovely and refreshing and big enough for a little swim. It is deep and at 5ft 2” I couldn’t touch the bottom! Great for relaxing on a lilo and taking in the mountain views 💗 Host comes by regularly to check on the pool. Kitchen is reasonably equipped but there is no kettle so we just boiled water in a saucepan. Dish soap was provided as well as dishwasher tablets but everything else we needed to buy. There are various little supermarkets in Perast to buy everything you need for breakfast and lunch and the food at all of the restaurants was delicious. We reserved tables at the restaurants the day before to guarantee a table by the sea. Absolutely fabulous holiday.

Schönes Haus mit toller Lage

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Ron war sehr bemüht und uns wurde bei Anreise direkt gesagt, dass der Geschirrspüler kaputt ist. Sehr ehrlich! Dieses Problem wurde direkt am Folgetag behoben. Wir konnten die Zeit sehr genießen und auf dem Grundstück genießt man sehr seine Privatsphäre. Rundum eine tolle Lage, schönes Haus, top Ausstattung und traumhafte Aussicht. Vielen Dank Ron

Sejour en famille

L’emplacement dans Perast et la vue de cette maison sont absolument exceptionnels. L’accueil du propriétaire est sympathique. L’intérieur est décoré simplement mais avec goût. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine en famille avec nos 6 enfants de 11 à 24 ans. N’hésitez pas une seconde à réserver ! Bonnes vacances 👍
