Marko was a fab host, he communicated quickly to queries and was super helpful with supporting us to hire a boat, find a local gym and letting us know about a fab lunch spot. The villa was lovely and the six of us were very comfortable throughput our stay. We had everything we needed available and Mario’s wine store was very handy! Everything was very clean and the vial was easy to find given the directions etc Marko had provided. We would definitely recommend the villa and highly commend Marko as a host. The views were amazing from one of the bedrooms and the lounge and pool. We loved the location and found it easy to get around in our car.

Wonderful location and property that met our needs perfectly. Very well appointed, extremely clean. Responsive and welcoming host. Four good bedrooms with private bathroom facilities made the trip perfect for the 4 couples. The location is excellent - out of Kotor (busy), with restaurants and supermarket within easy walking distance. The elevator from road level to the house was useful for luggage. Excellent property and host

Very nice place

The property, owner, views were all great. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 stars and not 5 is that we didn’t get the house in the VRBO listing. We were told the renters extended their stay so we had to occupy the house at the back. Be aware that this could also happen to you. The owner is a nice guy but he shouldn’t allow this to happen. You can’t show one house but rent another!

Lovely St Oliva

Beautiful villa, very well equipped with fabulous views. I hadn’t quite realised there are a hundred steps up from the road to carry suitcases up, or that the cleaner came daily from 9am - 1pm. The owner was abroad on business during our stay but was available 24/7 on WhatsApp and replied with 5 mins. He was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Shop and restaurants within easy walking distance and boat tours picked us up from the dock about 50m from the villa. There is also a regular bus to Kotor from just outside the villa. We had a great week and would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a superior villa near Kotor in Montenegro.
