On a wooded ground of one hectare, chalet 90 M ², consisting of: living room 30M ² with clim, big wooden terrace, cooks hard, small living room 15 M ², with sofa bed 140, a room with bed in 160 and room of shower annexed , A room with bed in 140. All the necessary linen provided. Supplement over 4 people.
Quiet and relaxed assured, plenty of space, to spend a pleasant holiday in a green setting and a warm and comfortable decor. Pets welcome.
Cities of Ajaccio and Porticcio about 15 minutes, with normal traffic.

Calme et sérénité

Séjour très agréable, au calme, idéal pour se ressourcer. Chalet spacieux, confortable et très bien aménagé, on ne manque de rien et la vue est sublime. Jean-Michel est un hôte très sympathique et à l'écoute, il nous a accueilli avec des petites attentions: produits corses, que nous avons apprécié au court de notre séjour. Le chalet est proche d'Ajaccio et de la zone commercial, mais pourtant en pleine nature et c'est un point de départ idéal pour visiter la région. C'est certain, nous reviendrons, nous avons déjà la nostalgie du petit déjeuner en terasse, sur la canapé à l'ombre de l'arbre. Petit plus: si vous êtes attentif, vous pourrez croiser des tortues qui se baladent dans le jardin. Merci encore à Jean-Michel pour ce partage

Bon séjour en Corse

Nous avons passez un bon séjour . Le propriétaire qui est très sympathique et nous a laissé quelques produits Corse. Les photos sont à actualisé. Le jardin n'a pu être utilisé faute d'entretien.

Nous avons essuyé les plâtres étant les premiers vacanciers. Manque de propreté, pas de Clim dans les chambres (horrible par cette chaleur).Le chalet se trouve en plein cœur des bois, pas entretenu. Location beaucoup trop chère avec les frais de service pour cette prestation. Néanmoins,le propriétaire est courtois.

Quels plâtres ? la maison est toujours nettoyée, personne ne s'en est jamais pleint. Evidemment nous sommes à la campagne, il y a des feuilles, des géckos, des abeilles et des coqs qui chantent chez le voisin, et même quelques fourmis... La clim est dans le salon, avec des ventilateurs dans les chambres, tout le monde trouve cela suffisant. On peut même diriger un ventilateur depuis le salon vers les chambres... Quant au prix...no comment... Pour certaines personnes il vaudrait mieux louer un appartement en ville où tout est bétonné et asseptisé !

Nettes Häuschen mit sehr nettem Gastgeber

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung - wir waren zu dritt dort und dafür war es sehr komfortabel. Jean-Michel hat uns als Korsika-Neulingen sehr viele wertvolle Tipps zu Ausflügen, Stränden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. gegeben.
