Nice spacious place at great location.

Nice with two balconies, one to the Beach and one to the pool. Great if you have children with you as we did. Also Nice with two bathrooms in the apartment. A good idea with a vacume cleaner in the apartment.

High quality apartment, recently renovated

Pals and Begur are my favourite locations in Catalunya. Landscape is green, the best beaches of continental Spain are nearby. Apartment is right next to sea and dunes. The parking lot is a bit tight for bigger cars. This apartment has two terraces and two bathrooms. I can’t wait to return to Pals. Nothing to complain.

Uns hat sehr die Lage der Wohnung gefallen. Mit Blick aufs Meer und auf der anderen Seite den Blick zum Garten und Pool. Es war ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub, deshalb haben wir schon für das nächste Jahr unseren Urlaub dort reserviert

Sejour très agréable. L appartement était vraiment très bien très agréable, propre et très bien situé face à la mer et proche du golf. Le personnel de l agence toujours aussi sympathique. Cela fait 4 ans que nous venons et nous y retourneront l année prochaine.

Ein rundum schöner Urlaub

Als erste Kontaktperson hat uns Nil empfangen. Er spricht sehr gut deutsch. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Sie verfügt über zwei Badezimmer. Die Wohnung hat zwei Balkone, einmal mit Meerblick und der andere Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool und Garten. Was mir auch sehr gefallen hat, die Bettwäsche hat gut geduftet. Die Spülmaschine hat etwas genervt der Ein-Schalter klemmt.

Die modernisierte Wohnung mit dessen Einrichtungen und den modernen Küchengeräten. Und natürlich die Klimaanlage. Endlich ein angenehmer und erholsamer Schlaf ist garantiert - wunderbar. Leider vermissen wir in den funktionalen und schön gestalteten Bädern die demontierten Bidets. Ob die neuverlegten Laminat Böden eine gute Wahl ist, wird sich zeigen. Ich hätte mich allerdings für einen modernen Vinyl Bodenbelag mit Holzoptik entschieden.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt wie schon vilele Urlaube zuvor

Die Buchung und Bezahlung erfolgten reibungslos. Die Wohnung war sehr sehr sauber bereitgesgtellt, und entsprach der Beschreibung exakt. Koffer auspacken, und den Urlaub genießen. Danke an das Team Gemma & Pili! 2 Weingläser und ein paar Haken in den Badezimmern anbringen - das wars schon -)

Ruhige Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen mit 2 Balkonen und Blick zu beiden Seiten (Meer + Pool). Die Atmosphäre im Haus ist sehr angenehm, die Anlage sehr gepflegt. Service/Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert (auch bei verspäteter Anreise). Küchenausstattung könnte erneuert und vervollständigt werden (z.B. Pfannen/Töpfe, ausreichend Tassen, Wassergläser. Weingläser für 5 Personen).

Faire respecter les règles de copropriété à la piscine

En résumé l’appartement est super, mais nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse sur la piscine étant donnés le bruit, et l’agitation permanentes autour de la piscine. Informer la copropriété et le propriétaire du non respect des règles à la piscine. Jeux de ballons tous les jours. Pique nique le jeudi 20 au soir Serviettes et chaussures laissées sur le gazon la nuit Bouées dans la piscine Des photos ont été prises et remises à l.agence à notre de part.
