The accommodation is perfect for a relaxing holiday with a view of the pool from the house through large windows. From the master bedroom, you can see the Eucalyptus Park. There is a small tunnel 50 metres away leading to the beach, and a 60-square-meter terrace
Maximum 8 people, including children. There is a charge of 60€ per additional person.

Guests have access to the entire upper level of the property, which consists of 220 m² and a 90-meter terrace, plus a 100 m² pool and a 60-meter artificial grass garden, as well as parking for two vehicles in a row with access from the front of the property.

Cleaning fees include: cleaning, water, electricity, pool maintenance, and linens, for an additional 430 euros.





Upon arrival, guests must pay the tourist tax and local tax, which amount to 3 euros for the tourist tax plus 3 euros for the local tax per person per day.
