Welcome to Rose Villa. It's a self catering accommodation located in a quiet residential area however there is a vibrant night life near by with the Spintex road, Junction mall and Accra mall nearby. Good security, including 8 cctv recordable audio cameras covering the whole compound and gate areas. There is also electric fencing around the house on the wall. It has a large living room attached to a dining room, large kitchen, garage and parking space for 3 extra cars. It also has a huge water reservoir. The property has a caretaker/security who will help with switching on the generator in case of an electricity outage and any other duties. The new generator plant can power all the airconditioners and appliances whenever there is power failure.

The price you see is not per room but for the whole house (6 bedrooms) . It is a good standard six bedroom villa spread over two floors with air conditioning in lounge area and in all the bedrooms. Accommodation will provide you with a TV, air conditioning and a patio.
There is a full kitchen with a microwave and an oven. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher as well.
This villa is fitted with an electric pre-paid meter which will be loaded with 50 cedis credit on check in. The customer is responsible for buying more credit as required. The on-site caretaker will assist with this.
There is also the availability of 45gb free fibre optic wifi- internet after that the customer pays. John the manager will arrange the wifi top up.
You are all welcome and we're looking forward to hosting groups or families.

Excellent accommodation

I have being going every year to the same house in Ghana as I find it comfortable and spacious. The neighbor hood is quite , safe and beautiful. Everything works in the house water even hot or cold in kitchen tap! Bathroom showers or jacuzzi 👏🏼👏🏼, air conditioning, electricity always and back up generator if need be . Highly recommend and definitely staying again next year.

Can’t recommend enough

I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Our stay was nothing short of excellent. Emmanuel and his wife Ruby are magnificent hosts—helpful when needed, but they also gave us complete space and privacy to enjoy our time.The house is spotless, with spacious rooms that made us feel comfortable and at home. Emmanuel kindly drove us around on a few occasions, and Ruby even helped us source some local products like shito and shea butter, which was incredibly thoughtful. Other than those kind interactions, they left us completely to our own devices, which we really appreciated.Although the home is a bit outside central Accra, this was barely a downside thanks to how easy it was to get around with Uber and Bolt. A special thanks to Peter as well—he was responsive, accommodating, and always ready to help.All in all, a 10/10 experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

LOVELY EXPERIENCE

We arrived from UK and were impressed by the neighbourhood, very quite and safe. The house is big and spacious and everything works such as good water pressure, constant electricity ( there is a generator on stand by if electricity goes out) Etc. Rubie the caretaker is very helpful and a good bonus to the stay. We are looking forward to coming back next year and we highly recommend it to any group small or big as there is a lot of space.👍

House needs some TLC but staff is amazing!

Our family of 8 stayed for 3 weeks at the house over the holidays. And I will classify the house as basic. We had immediate issues with the maintenance of the house -- door knobs that were falling off or broken, hot water heater in the master bedroom that never worked properly, holes in the window screens throughout the house that let mosquitoes in all day and night, AC units that even when set to 17 didn't properly cool rooms, bathroom sink drain stoppers that didn't work, broken, missing and inadequate dishes/utensils, dirty coffee maker, and beds that were substandard. We finally were able to convince the local property manager to come out to address the initial set of issues - of course, this was after he told us we could boil water for a hot shower one night. Either way, things were never completely fixed and we took to spraying the house for mosquitoes 3x a day. It also, still remains unclear who is responsible for cleaning - there are no cleaning supplies provided for guests and the staff isn't instructed to handle the cleaning of bedrooms and baths, removing trash, etc. (although we managed to make some special arrangements because a 3 week stay with small children, of course, had us needing some regular cleaning). The bright side - the staff Ruby and Emmanuel were amazing! We hired Emmanuel for several day trips in/around Accra and Tema, trips to the grocery store, etc. They were incredibly helpful during our stay and tried to help mitigate the issues - none of which we attribute to them. If the house receives some much-needed TLC and a deep cleaning, the home would be a welcoming spot for those who need a big house and want to be off the beaten path. Just be prepared to pay for transportation everywhere; nothing is within walking distance.

Great place to stay

Staying at this property presents all the comforts of home and is so spacious, being from the states you want the local feel with the safety of your private residence. This property doesn’t disappoint. The property is located in Tema which was easy to navigate from the air port. The pictures here are good but it is only half the story of how spacious the amazing property is. The laundry equipment is modern, the kitchen is fully functional and absolutely no issues with bugs inside the house. The house host Ms. Ruby was very professional and provided onsite support. The wifi and electricity was on point. We would definitely stay again.

Dream Come True

My Wife and I knew this place was going to be special but it exceeded our expectations. Having the opportunity to stay in this lovely house, perched in the centre of Accra, is truly special. The suite is impeccable, views spectacular and you have everything you may need right there. Just minutes to the motorway that leads to everywhere in Accra Central and the Accra Mall and % minutes away from The Junction Mall, you can shop and eat till you drop, but we found ourselves looking forward to just relaxing at what we called home for the weekend. Everything was in order as advertised. Ruby was such an amazing lady, very helpful. We highly recommend staying here!

NIce home...great value!

Our overall stay at Peter's Vacation home was a very positive one. We were a group of 7 with two married couples and 3 solo people so the size of the house and number of bedrooms contributed to our wonderful experience. The house was clean and Ruby, the caretaker kept it clean and was very attentive to whatever we needed. Her husband Emanuel, a taxi driver was also very helpful with some of our trips around the city and shopping. One of the air conditioners in a room was not working for part of the time but I think it was resolved. Only one of the showers had hot water but with some of the weather temperatures, not sure if this was a serious issue. The neighborhood seemed safe and quiet...could be a bit remote depending on what your scheduled activities are. Transportation was needed anytime we left the house. Our flight arrived early but Peter accommodated us by allowing us to check in early. Having to continue to pay (top off) for the power and wifi was a bit of an inconvenience but trying to figure out how much you will use without overpaying is a bit of an equation that each guess will probably have to solve individually. Our main reason for choosing this location was the number of bedrooms and may have made a different decision if we had needed less rooms but we were very satisfied, an excellent value for the money, and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if we were to return to Accra.

Truly A Home Away from Home

My travel group totally enjoyed our stay at Peter's villa, which was situated in a very serene neighborhood. To start with, he was very helpful and responsive in answering all our questions ahead of the trip. The Caretaker, Ruby, was also very friendly. She took us on a tour of the villa and helped us settle in. The house fits its description and even more. It's a very large house, as it accommodated all ten of us, including the young kids. Rooms were very clean and so were the bathrooms. We absolutely loved the kitchen as it was fitted with all we needed. We started cooking our meals from the very first night. Lest I forget, we were welcomed with chilled bottles of water in the double-door fridge. My friends and I are already planning another trip next year and we will look no further than Peter's villa. I will surely recommend this property to a friend or relative planning a trip to Accra.

Great place to stay and excellent value for money.

My family and I had an amazing experience at Rose villa, Tema. This villa has all of the comforts, which enabled us to relax for three weeks. The house is located in a very quiet and beautiful residential neighbourhood, extremely safe and tourist-friendly. A car may be necessary, however, uber is available and so getting around Tema and Accra should not be a problem. The house is well maintained, spacious, and clean with modern décor. Although minor upgrades may be required in the bedrooms, it is a great place to stay and excellent value for money. Peter and the property manager John dealt with our queries promptly, and Emmanuel the caretaker was on hand to help as and when required. I highly recommended Rose villa to couples and families looking for somewhere beautiful to relax in Accra, Ghana. Thank you Peter, we will be back.

THIS HOME WAS JUST AS PICTURED

Everything was as described. Great Place to live if you are visiting Accra. Very Stylish, clean conveniently located.... The place literally feels like my second home and offers superior relaxation after a long day of traffic in Accra. Whiles, there is a caretaker, you only see him if you absolutely need to. it feels as if the whole house is yours. It's also very easy to catch uber to and from this location. WIFI is standard but works best in the living room, kitchen and dining area, Can't say enough about this beautiful property. extraordinary space, the lovely neighborhood and the overall experience. loved it so much that we booked another stay at the end of our time. looking forward to visit again.

Very spacious house with great amenities

My first impression of the property was how much more spacious it was. Even though you can tell the property is big on the pictures, it is even bigger in person, which was great for my family and I since we were a very large group (8 people in total). Secondly the area that this property is located in , is very nice and very safe. My family and I did not feel scared or worried at any point during our stay. Also the property is very close to the main motorway that will take you into Accra city. Finally the owner, manager and care taker of the property were all very gracious to work with. They made sure that all our needs were met in a timely fashion. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a place to stay when they are traveling to Accra.
