The space
The house is located on the ground floor and enjoys a relaxing panoramic garden disposed on three sides of the apartment. A condominium entrance accesses it. All the spaces are fitted out with air conditioning system and fiber Wi-Fi (garden included!). The property is very bright, airy, and furnished with the coziness needed to make your stay comfortable:

- Living room with fully equipped kitchen with 65’’ led TV and sofa.
- Master bedroom with private bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet).
- Second room with double bed.
- Second bathroom with washbasin and WC.
- Private Front and Back garden with a second shower cabin.
- Washing machine, Iron facilities, Dish washer, Microwave Oven, Kettle and everything you can need for the kitchen.

The exclusive panoramic garden area is furnished with umbrellas, loungers, couches and a covered area with a dining table. You can enjoy both the sun in the morning as well as the fresh nightly breeze. Everything with your full privacy.

This serene space gives you a 270° great view of Poetto Beach, the city and the granite hills typical of the Sardinia coast.
Your private spacious house is simple and designed to provide maximum comfort, privacy and peace of mind. Take the warm Sardinian sun on the garden sofa with soft pillows and sheets, or feel free to use the high speed wi-fi to look Netflix on a 65’’ led TV or get you work done!

The garden is designed for relaxing and enjoy your holidays. Suggested activities:
- sunbathing after taking an Hydro Jet SPA shower;
- have breakfast, lunch or dinner overlooking the beach and the city;

Check-in is expected between 14.00 and 16.00. For any particular exigence we are ready to arrange on the arrival time!

Check out is expected before 11.00: in case of late flight, we offer free deposit baggage 24/24.
