Small building with 11 residential aparments. Dedicated uncovered parking space. 15 minutes walk from the sea. Quiet area.

The apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other has one triple bank bed, double on the bottom ans single on top. Freshly laundered bed linen and towels.
4 beach towels available.
Bathroom/WC
The bathroom has a toilet, bathtub and a sink. There is one air-conditioning unit (cool and warm) in each bedroom. Iron and ironing board available.
For children
Baby Cot, baby stroller and high chair available on request FREE of charge. Please inform owner whether any or all will be needed.

Spacious kitchen made of oak wood. Has everything a kitchen needs. 4-zone electric glass hob, oven, microwave oven, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, all pans, cuttlery

Why they chose this property
Located in a very quite residential area. Beach is 15-20min walk. Has great views to the sea and Famagusta. All services max 5min by car.
