Quiet, charming house located 15 minutes' walk from the village of Roussillon.
Recently restored in a contemporary style, this country house offers high quality indoor and outdoor services, it can accommodate 8 people.
With a living area of 200 m2 it offers on two levels:
ground floor level: a living room with lounge and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, separate toilet, utility room (washing machine and dryer) two bedrooms with double beds (160x200), a bathroom (shower, sink and wc).
Upstairs level: 2 bedrooms with double beds (180x200 with electric mattresses), a bathroom (shower and sink), a separate toilet.
Contemporary in style, this house is equipped and decorated as a main residence.
Located on a beautiful plot of 2600m2, and surrounded by a beautiful garden with trees.
Large terraces, with a large dining table, an outdoor lounge, sun loungers, parasols, a charcoal barbecue, a plancha and a pizza oven.
The swimming pool, which can be heated, in the shape of a lagoon, is around 10mx 4m, with a poolhouse, an outside toilet and an outside shower.
