Delightful duplex villa near the sea
Terraced house with independent entrance on two floors with a small garden.
On the ground floor c is the living room, kitchen, bathroom and small garden where to eat.
Upstairs there are the 3 spacious and bright bedrooms and the bathroom with shower and a small balcony.
The house is equipped with everything you need for your stay.
If you are in the car you can park your car for free in the immediate vicinity.
A ride around
The house is located in the district "ex Campo d'Aviation", in a very quiet area where you can find in the immediate vicinity supermarket, shops and bike rental.
Approximately 15-20 minutes walk to the center, the beaches and the train station.
You can reach easily by car or train Lucca in twenty minutes, Pisa in twenty minutes and Florence in one hour by car and one hour and thirty by train.
The Pisa airport is connected to Viareggio by bus or train line.
In general, I can always be contacted and I am available to provide you with the necessary support.
I will be happy to give you all the information you need to be able to appreciate full Viareggio and its surroundings.

Très sympa !
La maison est grande et très bien agencée.Une des chambre à coucher avait une climatisation et l'autre un grand ventilateur au plafond. Il y a 2 petits jardinets de chaque côté avec des murs tout autour ce qui est agréable avec un chien. Le propriétaire avait fourni un parasol que nous avons pu prendre à la mer. A 5 minutes en voiture, vous pouvez profiter de plages libres. Au mois d'août, la température était difficilement supportable. La maison serait encore plus attractive avec une climatisation générale.
