Dirty place

We had the following issues during our stay and communicated to the host but they refused to remediate any of them. It left a bad taste in our mouth. Do not recommend. 1) one AC didn't work so two people couldn't sleep in the room 2) the bedsheets had blood stain on them and hair 3) there were mold inside the pillows 4) the cups were all dirty and smells like sewage 5) no hot water after 5 minutes of usage 6) surfaces weren't clean, wasn't wiped; it seems like didn't clean at all

Dear Dara Qin Thank you for choosing our villa as your accommodation and taking time to leave us a review. First we are really sorry for all the conveniences you have experienced during your stay. Hereby we would like to clarify that 1. The Ac case is happened 1 hour before your arrival time, we have tried to solve the problem by call technicians but not available. mostly they are full booked at that time and the next day problem solved 2. We already ask for the pict through WA but we still did not get any pict from you 3. The smell is actually a normal things beacuse we using rubber mate 4. and 5. We already checked the hot water and we guarantee that everything is works for the guest before you check-in We are really sorry for inconveniecne. We really hope it will never happen in the next future, We are thankful that you stayed at our villa and looking forward to welcome you to our resort with better service Thank you. regards, Elmina villa
