Classic style flat with fantastic sea views, integrated in the prestigious community "Cap Sa Sal", a few metres from the coastal path that leads to the port of Aiguafreda and the beach of Sa Tuna. It consists of two double bedrooms, one of them en-suite with private bathroom and air conditioning, another complete bathroom, independent kitchen and living-dining room. The flat is in a prestigious and very exclusive community, and has a large communal area with infinity swimming pool over the sea and salt water, gardens, lounges, bar and direct access to the sea.

Wonderful location, disappointing appartement

Begur and Cap sa Sal are wonderful. Breathtaking views of the sea and easy access to the water for a swim. The appartement on the other hand was disappointing. 70's interior and lacking much needed maintenance. Kitchen with broken drawers and ovenhandel, mold in bathrooms. Stale smell throughout the apartment and only the master bedroom has airconditioning. Photos of the interior are over flattering of the real thing.
