KITCHEN:

You will find everything you need to prepare a quick meal in the fully-equipped open kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use, including a microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, big freezer/fridge with the ice-cube machine and cold-water dispenser, washing machine and dryer.



LIVING ROOM:

The living area is bright and spacious. It includes a dining area with a table where you can have dinner all together. You will love the comfy chairs and having a meal with amazing views thanks to the big windows facing the Passeig de Gràcia. There are nice comfy double sofas and flat screen TV. There is also a decorative fireplace, it is not for use, but for sure adds some charm to this room. Wood flooring and the abundance of natural light add charm to the room.
