This luxury appartment offers you the opportunity to stay in a family and historic building in one of the most charming avenues in Barcelona: Passeig de Gracia.
From its balconies you can enjoy magnificent views to the masterpiece of Gaudi and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Casa Batlló.

With 220m2, the appartment has capacity to accommodate up to 10 guests.
It has two master suites with its bathroom and three more double rooms with a third bathroom. It has a spacious kitchen-dining room and a living room with views of Passeig de Gracia and the world famous 'Manzana de la discordia'.

We love hospitality and take care of all the details so you live an extraordinary experience in Barcelona. In the appartment you will find complete information for your stay in the city, maps, books and recommendations, but above all you will find a team happy to provide you any little thing you need during your stay.

The neighbourhood

Passeig de Gracia is a real treasure for its reknown Catalan art nouvau buildings made by famous Modernist arquitects : "Casa Lleó Morera" by Lluís Domènech i Montaner, "Casa Mulleras" by Enric Sagnier, "Casa Bonet" by Marcel·lià Coquillat, "Casa Amatller" by Josep Puig i Cadafalch and finally the awasome "Casa Batlló" by Antoni Gaudí.

Passeig de Gracia is also the most famous avenue in Barcelona with glamorous restaurants and wonderful exclusive shops: Louis Vuitton, Gucci and Chanel, among others. At the same, in the area you will find all the attractives spots of a friendly neighbourhood: a traditional market, supermarkets, small old shops, modern gyms and charming cafés.

Staying in the centre of Barcelona means that you can easily reach the main places of interest. Moreover, just a few steps from the house you have a metro and railway station, a stop for several buses and a taxi rank. And if you rent a car there is a car park just outside the building.

Ours is a majestic building were some members of our family stil live and we do our best to have a quiet and respectful atmosphere. The building has doorman and safety service by night.

What a great place. The apartment overlooking the Passeig de Gracia in L’Eixample was comfortable, clean, well appointed and convenient to restaurants, transportation and stores. The two main bedrooms are quite large and comfortable and each are en-suite. The other 3 bedrooms are quite small and share a hall bathroom. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful, both before we arrived and during our stay. They provided maps, gave directions to sites we might want to visit and recommended some terrific restaurants. The only downside of our visit was scaffolding on the building (cleaning was underway), obscuring our view of Casa Batllo and the street below.

This place is an absolute gem! Spotlessly clean, modern, centrally located with everything you could possibly want to make your stay in Barcelona enjoyable. First, the apartment. Five bedrooms and three bathrooms with a large kitchen, separate dining area and comfy living room. Tons of thoughtful details throughout make it seem like you are in your own home. Plus, the owners are incredibly kind, responsive and generous with their knowledge of the city. They gave us tips on tours and restaurants and had additional guidebooks available in the apartment for us to peruse. Then there is the location. It is in the middle of everything, on a busy street, but so quiet inside, like an oasis. We walked all over the the city using this apartment as a home base. We have travelled and stayed in many VRBOs and this was by the best experience we have had. We hope we can make it back to Barcelona so we can stay here again. The experience set a new bar for our travel experiences. Our family loved it!!

Amazing Family Vacation - Barcelona 5 Star for Families!

The nicest rental property we have ever stayed in. Incredible location. Central to everything in Barcelona. Wonderful apartment in superb location!

We just loved everything about our stay in this beautiful apartment! The location is just fabulous, right in the heart of the Eixample neighborhood, with easy access to public transportation to everywhere in the city. We loved looking out at Casa Battlo and this gorgeous block every day - what a special view! The apartment itself was immaculate and our hosts, Javier and his brother Ventura, were so kind and helpful. They made us feel so welcome, from the welcome basket of local treats to the bathrobes and even chocolates in the bedrooms! It was truly a special stay in one of our favorite cities. Thank you for everything!

Perfect vacation home

The property is even better than the pictures show and was extremely comfortable for two families traveling together with children. It was well maintained, clean and modern/new amenities. The location was wonderful and made our Barcelona vacation so easy! Would absolutely recommend this property for larger groups especially with children.

Wonderful stay!

My family had a very enjoyable week at the Luxury Casa Batllo apartment. The apartment was perfect - comfortable, spacious, and walking distance to lots of wonderful sights. It was a great base of operations for exploring all that Barcelona has to offer. And at the end of the day there were lots of great restaurants within a few blocks of the apartment.

Incredible accommodations in Barcelona!

From the moment our wonderful host, Ventura, greeted our family upon our arrival our stay in Barcelona was fantastic. The apartment was even more beautiful than the pictures. Amazing Stay in Barcelona!!

We had an incredible time staying in this beautiful apartment. The location cannot be beat. Javier and Pilar could not be better hosts. 5 star plus apartment located in the best street in Barcelona! Everything from location to the wonderful personal welcome to the most perfect apartment for our family! Top VRBO Stay!!

Imagine opening your windows onto a balcony and overlooking the street with the best and most historical architecture in all of Barcelona and you have found where we stayed! Everything was amazing - very clean, all amenities provided, and even helped us arrange a private chef at the apartment. We could walk to everything, everyone had a bed, lots of great space, this is the kind of place we would want to live!

This is exactly what my grandfather thougth a hundred years ago, when he decided to built a building just overlooking Casa Batlló from Gaudi, his teacher and very close friend. I enjoyed myself this privilege situation over 25 years with my children but now we like people cany enjoy this as well. We also like everybody that stays at home feels like they were treated as if they were our best friends, like being at home. Last but not least fortunately the apartment is in the center of the city, in its more popular avenue, Paseo de Gracia., so you can reach nearly everywhere on a walk.
